I saw some hard to find Chanel "dad sandals" from Mislux on Poshmark. I was going to buy them through Poshmark since they authenticate items, but checked out Mislux website and the Yelp reviews. Since they listed a refund policy and had so many positive reviews on this site, I felt comfortable buying directly from Mislux (the shoes were $200 less than on Poshmark). I purchased the shoes on April 18th and received them on April 20th. When the shoes arrived, I could tell immediately they were fakes. I had searched around and read about what to look for and the first thing I noticed was the numbering on the inside of the shoe. Chanel uses specific fonts, especially for the number 3 and these were not authentic. I sent them back at a cost of $43 to me, so I could have receipts for delivery. After numerous attempts, they were delivered back to Mislux on April 29, 2023 with a signature. As of today, May 13, 2023, I have not received any notification nor have I received a refund. I have called and left messages (no one answers the phone) and have sent numerous emails. I have my credit card company involved as well and feel this will get resolved one way or another but wanted to post this because I relied on reviews so did not want someone else to go through this. I don't know if it is just shoes that are a problem for them because all of the other reviews on here about purses are very positive. I will just say before buying shoes from here, ask to see numbering on the inside of the shoe. Do a little googling on authentication of Chanel (or any other designer for that matter). Also realize that just because they list a refund policy, does not mean they honor it. One last thing: I went to Poshmark to leave a warning review and their listings are no longer on there. Poshmark must have realized they were selling fakes.

I purchased a pair of Valentino Rockstuds from MisLux and decided to return them. I had to contact them at least 10-15 times (via chat on their site, the contact us form, emailing the info address, and calling via phone) before I received resolution (sometimes I'd get no response, 2 times I got assurance that a return label would be sent that day to no avail). Finally, I did receive a return label and shipped the shoes back. They received the shoes almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my refund and have not received any response to my outreach (via each avenue above, multiple times). I do not recommend purchasing from them, and especially not online.

Omg!' Love this place! Chris & his brother we're awesome! Extremely, friendly and helpful!! I walked in looking for a watch for my husband. I was so impressed with their customer service, Chris showed me what they had and offered to search for the watch I was looking for.

They sell fake bags! Do not go! This business is horrible butch of clowns. I told them they sold me a fake bag and they argued with me and say I can return the bag which I did but I couldn't get my cash back. I bought another bag which they sold to me way more the the bag was even retailed. I still had $300 credit which I bought a few things and they never sent it to me. They are liars and scammers.

Went to pick up my shoes during business hours that were posted on their website. I wait 30+ mins to have someone open the shop. When texting them, they responded they're not open till later because they have an apt with a client. Lack of communication and deceiving on business hours will cause a loss of business. So disappointed with them, and will never do business with them again.

All around a great place the guys here are honest and personable. The shop might look small but there are so many awesome finds. Ive made purchases, trades, and sold with them they make everything so easy and quick! They are also so attentive from letting you shop around and helpful when you have questions and quick to offer you refreshments.

This place is great! So many things in 1 place. All designer, all the time! They have brand new things as well as things that are slightly used. Every time I go there to look around I leave with something. The guy that works there is really nice and always helps me find what I'm looking for or something similar. He remembers me every time and I really like that he always greets me by my first name. He also points out things that he thinks I will like that might have over looked. If you sign up for texts it tells you all the new things that come in every week. I like this store a lot. It's the only one of its kind around Downey. You can get lost in there because there are so many things to see. Everything I buy from there I absolutely love and get so many compliments for! I strongly suggest this place if you have a couple extra bucks and want to treat yourselves or your loved ones!! Went to my bday party looking fly with my Chanel jacket I bought here!! Got so many compliments! Mister luxury has a very luxurious store indeed!!!
