The manager, mr. Robert was so helpful, patient and courteous in helping me find a solution to my problem about high security pin and transfer code. I have called 611 twice and went to a metro store at telegraph..but none was knowledgable & patient enough to help find a solution. So thankful i went to this store and found solution to my ptoblem.

I really like how he helps you with questions, concerns and everything related to my cell phone, I don't know what his name is, he's a boy, but he's very cervical, and he's the first person I've met who really loves his work and whatever,A fair man with glasses, he looks about 30 to 35 years old, thank you.

I called this Metro in Downey I wanted to ask about purchasing a new phone, and I also like to know who I'm speaking with, but the Metro Representative answered(it was a female with a strong Latin accent)) REFUSED to give me her name? Said she didn't have too and I didn't have too give her my name either. What's society coming too? Everyone doing whatever they want to legally and illegally, No morals, No conviction, No Respect. Standards have been lowered dramatically. I will not and my family of 6 buy it ever consider buying a CELL phone at this Downey California Metro-PCS ??????

Terrible experience, they want to sell you what they want, they don't explain anything to you, they don't let you choose your plan, they treat their clients badly. Miss Diana does not treat her clients well. I would appreciate it if the owner would talk to his work team about kindness and empathy with the client

I walked into the store and had a horrible experience with some female who had nasty and nappy highlight who besides that had a worst attitude compare to her looks ,need to rehire someone before she ends up toothless cuz someone will most definitely would knock her teeth off , unlike the other young man so politely understood why I didn't want to purchase the phone ...
