The girl had a curt attitude. She didn't sanitize the powder before using it on me. She wasn't not friendly even tho it's a customer service job. The people with me decided to shop elsewhere since they didn't like her attitude.

I been doing to this store a lot I just feel like they need to replace there elevator there. The door seems like it has a hard time closing and as soon as you get on it you can feel how old that elevator is. I think Macy's makes a lot of money so they can replace it or repair it better. I have a stroller and I need to used it every time I go there to go to the second floor. I been coming to this Macy's since I was 16 and it crips me out one day someone will get stuck there for a bad elevator they have.

I called for a product that is unfortunately out of stalk or there is a shortage, at the moment and I had the pleasure to speak to Adrain at the MAC counter.(MACYS MAC STONEWOOD MALL)If I can tell you he was the sweetest most professional person I have ever spoken to over the phone at any MAC... It would be an understatement. He is amazing. Go ask for Adrian. He is absolutely incredible with his customer service ??

I use to love Mac cosmetics, and I don’t blame their products for my bad review. It’s the people who work there. It’s happen on more than one occasion where the employees were rude and unprofessional. I have really bad anxiety and they manage to trigger it because two employees were speaking bad about me to each other in front of me. I’ve had so many horrific experiences I stay away from Mac cosmetics

Not all employees at this location are rude. But, one in particular is ; I didn't get her name though as if I cared. I went specifically to buy a new foundation, and I didn't know my shade color. So i asked this particular person if she can help me find the right shade in foundation, I sat on the chair and every thing, and she tried on 2 different foundation tones ; one on each side. I literally sat there for 15 minutes looking dumb and she never came back and I did not see her no where near the Mac store. I had to ask another employee to assist me , smh .

I’m honestly the picky type, i hate it coming to Mac because everyone that ever helped me was stuck up, and didn’t even know what shade i was when I’ll ask to match me. I always had a bad experience, till today i went in to give it a try one more time and honestly , i give my hands down to Juan; if you ever going for anything , ask for Juan i swear you won’t regret it. Amazing , and patient . Thank you!

Worst decision you could've ever made is book an "appointment " HERE they pushed me back because I was a bit late. Gave me instructions on their waiting list, decided to wait for an hour...actually 2hours...the white lady in charge of the booking said "I'll assist you in 15 min" Came back with "You'll have to wait another hour"3hours and no help. Horrible costumer service PERIOD!

At Mac had the worst costumer service wait for a staff to help and wait for more then 20 minutes and nobody was able to help me while there were 2staff having a personal conversation but as soon another costumer came more dress up they help her. If I cut no stars.

I went into the mac store and i wanted to ask for assistance for foundation. One of the mac employees didn't have anything going on i was waiting to be asked if i needed anything. The employee passed by me to talk to her friend. I guess ill look elsewhere because the employees just look down on people who dont look good looking enough with make up.

The lady I would recommend is gaby. She was so kind and paicient with me. I was happy walking out.I went today I was helped by gaby, but by a different girl. I didn't feel like she wanted to help, I would ask her questions and she just made me feel like she wanted to get rid of me quick. I did purchase thing but I wasn't happy about it. I felt like just returning everything, I should of just waited for gaby.
