My first time at this salon, but it will not be my last. I enjoyed meeting Jay who did a fabulous job taking care of my brittle nails and making them look beautiful. I also enjoyed having a nice conversation with him about the lunar year and about Vietnam, his country of origin. It's wonderful to live in a city that has so much diversity.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. No matter where I’ve moved too, it’s my go to waxing and nails spot. They are a clean and cute shop, friendly customer service, great prices, and always do amazing quality work.Side note: I have thick hair. They are the only place I trust for my wax needs, especially my eyebrows!

totally was not pleased with hannah temper 'MY FREND" is what she kept repeating. not considering how many times she would speak her language & I knew she was complaining about my business.... what a shame. I will definitely NEVER COME BK !somehow I felt like I ended up paying $10 more than price she had announced from the beginning. what a shame. for sure did not get my money's worth

Lady was super rough after I asked nicely if she could be softer, she wet all of my pants although they were folded to the top. CHARGED EXTRA FOR COLOR REMOVAL ON MY PEDI, isn't that a part of a pedicure!? ASLO CHARGED EXTRA for dipping my nails which isn't something I asked for or was asked if I wanted it. Had to walk back in due to seeing a horrible callus removal which I barely even had. Lady uses all used products. Scrubbers aren't new or sterilized.

They never take you at your appointment time ... you come in at the time scheduled and they are working on someone else and have no regards for our time!! This is incredibly rude horrible customer service !

Ladies turned me down at 5:30pm saying "we only take appointments " When I went 2 weeks prior without appointment. The shop closed at 7pm it said in the window. They were lazy & wanted to leave

I absolutely recommend Hannah she gets down when it comes to nails I wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve been coming to this place for 2yrs, She is always booked so I highly recommend to call in advance. 5star no doubt.

My nails were done by kelvin. The worse nails I've ever had done. Prior to that I was waiting for my turn and ended putting someone ahead of me. Won't be going back again they charged me like $40 for these nails.
