I called today and I was able to stop by and pick up my grandma's equipment that she desperately needed. The receptionist that helped me today was super sweet and kind. Her name is Marlene and thank goodness for her, she was able to make this possible. This place is efficient, clean & professional. Thank you so much for everything!

The lady named "veronica" on customer service and marlyn case coordinator was very rude and impatient and never really helped clients/patients. My son has medical needs and his case started last year around july or august and supposed to be getting incontinence supplies from them and i keep askin for follow up and never received any call from them and they are not really doing their job and trying to help people and i spent too much money on this again they are not helping clients at all they will live you and watch you die and wont even help you, i am only speaking the truth because nobody deserves to be treated so poorly.

My doctor sent a Durable Medical Equipment order to Life Home Medical Equipment on Remount Rd. on November 9, 2021. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I called and was told they were waiting on the doctor's "notes", because the insurance always requests them, and they have not received them. I informed them I would contact the doctor about getting them sent. Later that day I received a message through the Patient Portal that the doctor's notes had been sent to Life Home Medical Equipment. it has been a month and I still have not heard from them. I would have thought at least they would have called to explain the delay, but I received nothing from them. The lack of customer support, and concern in getting my wheelchair only proves if there will be none later. I will get it through another vendor.

I give a thumbs down for Yesi. I have been Trying to get a "Walker chair w/seat" for dad for almost 4 months and Yesi finally make it happened. She's amazing. She provides utmost customers service. Keep up the good work Yesi.

Horrible service. Got a referral and can not provide any information. Can not get any manager name besides Laura who claims to be the manager. Corporate please reach out to me as Laura was rude kept talking over me. And had no customer service skills.

This place needs to be investigated. I came here and got a portable oxygen machine and when I picked it up the lady told me that it only would last for a hour after being fully charged. Went home charged it fully and when I used the machine it maybe lasted. 30 min if that . So I called and let them know was told I needed my doxtor to send a new perscroption/ refurl... for a battery .. extra battery well he did i was told it was being sent out would be here buy wed .I called on Friday the week after abd spoke to Jessica told her I hadn't received it yet she acted confused and then said well we sent if out let me call you back.. so she called me back said it was ordered it was on backorder and should be next week so valled her she told me they got there shipment jn it would be sent out and then called and said they had never received it and dont know when there gonna receive it. .. Also the refurl the there refurl department filled out and I got a copy of with another person's information on it with my name my doctors name but someone elses birthday member number.. adresss and phone number on my refurl kjnda sketchy .. I called and spoke to refurl department yessi and was told she made a mistake putting the wrong info on it ... but when I asked so what do I do with this machine she told me oh its paid for its all yours ... like really ?? All mine .. so since my insurance paid for it in full and I was told at first they had extra batterys .. but then told me no they didn't seems like they scammed me and they have the extra battery and probley gonna sale that to someone else . .. so i am going to be contacting the person in which I have the information.... and I am posting this so everyone can see this place is not helpful they could care less about anyone of us. And there makeing money from insurance company's buy giving us items that don't work or last or they say they will service but don't.

I have called Life medical many times since April 2019, and I've always been helped and informed by the wonderful ladies running the place. Jessie is absolutely AMAZING. They all are, but Jessie has helped me ensure my elderly Aunt gets her supplies on time, and she always makes it as easy as possible for me.

I came in to life medical because my grandma was given a prescription for a walker with a seat by her doctor. I walked in with the prescription and my grandmas insurance information and within a week my grandma had her brand new walker.

Been with them for Years and years . Moved away out of state for about 1 year . Forgot to bring my Cathiters supply when I moved out so went to my medical supplies shop and told them I didn't have any Cathiters and I didn't have my Insurance yet but if they could please give me a few Caths while I waited for my insurance and prescription to be written .. they told me the didn't have any Cathiters to give me and let me be without a single Cathiter . I was forced to go to rite aid and buy dippiaers so I wouldn't pee on my self

Marlene is having a bad day. She was extremely rude. I have asked her to check on a rollator that I had ordered. Then she walked back to the warehouses.. pissed off over a simple request. I'm a "customer" at Life Medical. I've bought my other rollator from here. Good bye Life Medical. Marlene needs to work on her customer service. Too bad.. there are too many other places that will be happy to get my business.
