Always a neat and organized store. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are easy to access. The store has a nice selection of clothing.

First of all I wanted to make sure that the review I'm doing on this " Lane Brant "" is Not the same that I had already complained about it!!!! This is in the city of Downey.
The Amazing lady Juanita it's her name .customer service DEFINITELY one the that I'll never forget ? everyone in this store are with a positive attitude smiles I mean happy employees. Thank you for your AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

Terrible return policy. Wouldn’t have shopped at this location if I knew they weren’t going to give back my full paid amount. They pocketed 40% of my original purchase after I returned the items. So sad.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a hello and a nice smile. An associate (Juanita) introduced herself and offered to open a dressing room for me. She came around every so often to take what I had piling up in my arms to my dressing room. She checked on me while trying on items. Helped me find any item I asked about, "do you all have any ribbed sweater tanks?" She showed me exactly where I could find them. She helped me place an online order for an item I couldn't find in my size in-store. I was very very happy with the customer service. LB is expensive, just no way around that BUT with them offering coupons of $25 for every $50 you spend, it kind of makes your current and next purchase close to 50% off which is awesome. So, find what you like, buy half, come back in 2 weeks and buy the other half with your all $25 coupons. You only have like a 2 week window to use the coupons and you can't use them right away... you have to wait about 7 days. But if you do it right, you can really cut down on the cost of the items. Good thing is, the clothes are made well enough to last if you take care of them. So you get bang for your buck. I do wish LB was a bit more fashion forward, or at least have a section for a younger demographic. The cuts, designs, and patterns aren't always very "woman of size" flattering, and the clothes aren't "cute," or "sexy," they're kind of matronly, but they carry large sizes, and that can be hard to find. K I saw sizes 10-26 in store. Of course the smaller sizes are scarce, you'll mostly see sizes 16 and up. You can also get fitted for bras here. Keep the girls sittin up right and proper! They have a large bra selection ranging from Sexy...ish to SUPPORTIVE! Their strapless bras are second to none. They also have shapers of various levels from simple smoothing to snatchtastic, and they come in various styles (strapless, adjustable, high waisted tummy controlling shorts, full body tummy controlling 'rompers', body suits, etc) There's a very small selection of shoes, they're mostly returns, per the staff, so sizes are limited. If you need wide shoes or boots to fit a larger calf, you might be in luck if they have your size.

It was fine, but there were a lot of women in line and only one cashier. The other cashier was messing with a mannequin.She didn't attempt to help anyone else until she finished with the mannequin. I'm disabled and I stood in line and I didn't say anything but I was in a lot of pain and it was a relief when she finally finished with her mannequin and came and started taking people at her cash register.

Customer service is horrible. Their selection is very limited. Location is great but their service needs improvement. We were not welcomed in and out asked if we needed help........ which we did. I usually go to the location at Lakewood mail. I'll just go back to that location.
