Waiting an hour and half to take a drug test.

Check in process and blood work done was quick and easy with appointment. Was in and out in literally less than ten minutes. Staff was professional. Relatively small waiting space, but have option to text you to come back in to receive you after you check in. Parking lot is very busy but I had no trouble finding a spot.

Ridiculous
After about 6-7 calls with no answer, I get there to see about 4 staff in the front sitting and no patients. I'm told they can't help with my pre employment drug screen because it's Saturday.
It would be great if you can answer the phone or have that information posted instead of having to pay an Uber to find out you can't help.

Big waste of time. Their drug screen time is different from their time open, you go there and you waste your time

I have deal with many places with bad attitude. But the first I saw was a young lady welcoming all patients, then the check in process. I got there at 9:00.am no appointment and got out at 9:30.
If you're planing on going on Saturday pls make an appointment that is really recommended. Very helpful ? and professional good job guys

The receptionists are the worst that you can imaging. Is my second time there and is the same ugly, nasty and unrespect care.

Came for blood work, very packed inside, nowhere to sit. A ton of people standing. Takes a while to even check in. Had to sit on the floor outside due to bad knees. A person way before had told me he’d already been waiting over an hour after checking in.

FYI. On Saturdays you will be seen by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed. Per staff, they close at 11 a.m., not at noon as goggle says. Staff was kind enough to explain to me the new rules.

don’t even think about trying to ask questions because the girl in the front is so rude. idk why she thinks it’s ok to be talking to people like that. very unfriendly and smug.

Lined up at 11:50 so I could go right in at 12. The process was quick, checked in and went home in only 30 minutes, as a walk-in with no appointment. The women at the front are all very kind, awesome place.

Based off some previous reviews, personally I didn't receive any bad service or had any issues at this location. I'd like to acknowledge Marlene for helping me out once I checked in. She made my visit worth coming back, and I feel Marlene needs to be recognized for her kindness, professionalism and her transparency on my wait time. Thank you!!!
