I had previously Given Johnnies Appliances five stars and nothing has changed. Recently I purchased a new refrigerator and microwave and I received outstanding service across-the-board. I believe in supporting local businesses, but only if they deliver and Johnnies Appliances has consistently delivered for me. From the manager, to the sales staff, to the installers, the service was first rate.

I am glad I purchased my kitchen appliances from Johnnies Appliances in Downey.
Their installation crew did an oustanding job in getting my appliances installed and left my kitchen looking sharp, they cleaned up after themselves real good.
Tommie gave me a fair price that compared well to the big box appliance stores.
I was not nickel and dimed on the install of the appliances like the big box stores wanted to do.
I am completely satified.

I give them one star ???, not for their products, nor for their customer service. They are friendly in the store, if not for Kafenlease, which is who they have a contract with. Do not make deals with them, I have had 2 unpleasant situations with them, my last payment did not happen and they made me pay $1300 to be able to close my account and yet they just charged me again and since January I had finished making payments, I don't know They hold you responsible, they tell you that they closed the account and it is not true, I was on a call for a long time trying to solve this and it still won't let me access my account. Be careful alert???Be very careful, after this comment they continue to charge me, in fact they just did it with another name, and I call them and when I present my situation, they hang up the phone. In addition, they sent me messages that I have an extra balance a thousand dollars ????

I called to cancel an appointment with this company and they charged my property management a cancelation charge of $100. No technician showed up because I canceled it and you’re going to charge $100 ridiculous. Look elsewhere for service as these nickel and dime companies surely aren’t worth their salt.

I highly recommend this appliance place! Guisselle’s customer is amazing and she was so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. The moving guys were so friendly and hooked everything up fast and efficiently. On top of everything it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg to purchase from them.

Went in for a Stove and came out with a stove, washer and dryer. Amazing service !!Kristen and Gigi knew what they were doing and were very informative. 10/10 will recommend to family and friends.

Walk the girl working doesn’t greet you .expectations are high from all the advertisements and the reality the inventory is very low some storefronts all together the stuff on the floor did have sold signs but nothing I wanted.

Guisselle and Kristen were extremely great to work with! They are very knowledgable on the different appliances and brands. Delivery and installation went smooth. Extra parts needed for installation are already included in the price. I could not recommend more.

The stove installation is complete! Kedrick and Jewels were phenomenal technicians; very thorough in setting up the stove and walking me through the use of the appliance. Their professionalism was excellent! I truly appreciated their respect and kindness. I have bronchitis and when I asked if they would wear masks, Kedrick said "Of course, Reverend!" I spoke with Raymond at Johnnie's and have also let Pabst, Kinney & Associates, the property manager, how wonderful Kedrick and Jewels were. Additionally, the store called to advise me they were 20 minutes away and the technicians called when they arrived since I do not have a doorbell. If you need a new appliance, I wholeheartedly recommend Johnnie's. Their customer service is excellent! Thank you!!

Our washing machine stopped filling with water. It is several years old but other than that it worked great until just recently. My son called these folks on my recommendation since they are only two blocks away and I knew the former owner and his business integrity. Apparently that got lost in the purchase transaction with the new owners. The technician showed up and was there about 10 minutes then he told my son he needed a schematic to troubleshoot the problem but he couldn't get the numbers off of the machine that he needed. He charged $99 and never returned. Do yourself a favor and call somebody else for your appliance repairs. What technician doesn't know how to troubleshoot a small appliance with only a couple of control parts with a simple meter? I stopped by the store and requested a refund. A nice lady named GG said she would have somebody call me. A while later someone named Tom called my son's number and explain to him that it costs them $85 just to dispatch somebody. I would think that if they dispatch somebody, he would be able to fix a basic problem and not charge for his inability to do so. We are very disappointed and bought a new machine elsewhere. Don't expect the same customer service as when Van Madra owned this operation and it was on Imperial highway.

THE FRIGIDIDAIRE BRAN NEW, FIRST DAY DIDN'T WORK ??HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS DO TO CHRISTMAS ? HOLIDAY.WENT TO TRY AND FIX THIS PROBLEM... AND THE MANAGER, TOMMYWAS VERY HELPFUL AND LET MY DAD PICK A DIFFERENT BRAND EVEN ?THE LADY'S AT THE DEST WE'RE NICE AS WELL. ALL I CAN SAY IS I HOPE THAT ?? ? WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. I DON'T KNOW YET.ASK ME IN ONE MONTH.✌️??
