I cannot express enough disappointment in the service provided by JJ’s auto service. My husband and I were in a distressing situation when we discovered a litter of kittens hiding under our car. Desperate for assistance, we approached JJ’s auto service for help, only to be met with callous indifference.
Despite explaining our predicament and pleading for their assistance, the owner himself at JJ’s outright refused to help us, even though the staff next to him said it was an easy job. His lack of compassion and unwillingness to lend a hand in our time of need was utterly disheartening. Instead of offering even a bit of assistance or empathy, they simply turned us away without a second thought.
The complete disregard for our situation and the welfare of the helpless animals beneath our car was shocking and unacceptable. I am appalled by the lack of humanity displayed by JJ’s and would caution anyone seeking automotive services to avoid this establishment at all costs. Their cold-hearted indifference speaks volumes about their character and is a stark reminder that empathy and compassion are sadly lacking in some businesses.

Absolutely wonderful! I went to JJ's on a recommendation, and I'm so glad I did!! Kind, honest, and explained what was happening, plus showed me the part that was damaged and replaced. I 100% will recommend to everyone!

I brought both of my pick up trucks over for service, to replace AC belt, throttle belt service, replace rear main seal and gasket, replace oil pan gasket, remove and repair shift gear, replace spark plugs, replace wiper blades, brake fluid, flush power steering fluid, etc. replace rear brakes replace front wheel bearings and rotors.
“Mr. JJ And his employees did an outstanding job” on both of my vehicles.
“Mr. JJ is a very honest” and a wonderful person who takes care of his customers. I am very happy with the work that was done on my trucks. “I highly recommend this place”.

If you're tired of the runaround and are looking for an honest mechanic with great prices, JJ's Auto is the place to go. I was referred to them by my brother-in-law and have been nothing but impressed by their professionalism and transparency. They've been servicing my 2013 Toyota Prius and my father-in-law's 2011 Toyota RAV4 with impeccable attention to detail and a level of customer service that's rare in the auto industry today.

I’ve lived in LA for almost 20 years and have used many different mechanics. I drive to Downey from the other side of town because I only trust these guys. I’ve used them four times now for a pretty major work on my Mercedes GL 450 and I’ve only had a very positive experience. I feel that their prices are fair and that work is thorough. They don’t encourage you to do any work that doesn’t need doing and do a good job of that which does. I highly recommend JJ’s auto Service.

In this place I took my car to change the water pump and thermostat and when I went to pick up my car I realized that they broke a bracket of the outside temperature sensor and they did not put antifreeze on it and it almost damaged my car, it overheated due to their negligence and that is why I would not recommend this place because they do not take the time to check that everything they remove is correctly in its place.

9:15 am Arrived at JJs for a smog check and dropped off my document. 9:30 a.m. my car was driven into the garage to start the check. 9:42 the smog check was done and by 9:50 I had paid $68 dollars and I was on my way. Quick and reliable. Friendly service. Will return again in the future.
