I bought a mattress $1200
The add sey $800
Is no good the mattress is no good
The costumer service not good
The material is not good
They promised me the mattress was soft.
And it is not true
It makes me very angry that they don't serve customers and the mattress is crap.
Don't shop at Jerome's

(TERRIBLE TERRIBLE)--- Purchased a $6500.00 bed and frame , 2 DAYS LATER call the store and spoke to the who sold us the Bed to complain about the mattress caved in on one side , typical sales person responce "oh since it's new give it time to break in" I'm thinking , "it's new why is do I need to let it break in?" So going 2 months later and they won't refund or replaced even though I complained 2 days after it was delivered to us ... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

I purchased a mattress recently. I did get a good deal on the mattress and it is comfortable. My issue is with customer support. My mattress was delivered and was damaged in the process. Jerome's doesn't want to help me stating I need a box spring or bed to support the mattress. What that has to do with the item getting damaged during delivery is beyond me
