I cracked my phone screen on the way to work, I got so stressed, I tried to find a repair store near me and this store popped up. Besides there low stars I thought to give it a try. The sales person helped me out immediately, I told him I have a timeline and he was ready to work within that timeline. My phone was fixed in due time and working good. I got so happy because you can't do anything if your phone is cracked & not working, now a days phone is necessity. I will highly recommend this place to fix phones or buy accessories. I actually end up buying case as mine was old and outdated and got a screen protector too for reasonable price to protect my phone further with good service. Thank you, you did good job.

Zero stars this place should be closed for scamming people. I brought in a broken phone to get the screen fixed. I understand if they would have said no this is unfixable we are unable to fix it, i would have been cool with that but the fact that they had no issues taking away my money and not fixing the problem. They also tried to scam me saying that the apple face id wasnt going to work and that it would cost more. Now the screen is all green and weird. What a waste of money and time. Hope this helps someone else to not fall for scammers, lesson learn reviews matter always read them before going to a new place.

Would give 0 stars I spent lots of money to repair screen and they randomly said wires behind my phone were loose so had them do it, then the next day my phone's screen flickered for 2 months. It finally died and they blamed it on me dropping it even though I have not extra money spent to fix it and yet now the screen is still flickering oddly.

Came in looking for an AUX to lightning cable for iPhone and they gave me the cheapest wire I have ever seen for 22 dollars!!?? Went to try it on my car and of course it didn’t work then came back inside for a refund and acted like he gave me one but I never got the refund. Bad service don’t go here.

Came in to get an IPAD screen fixed unfortunately we had to get it taken back to the store a total of three times and came out worse. Glue was left around the edges, screen wasn't working now the iPad is no longer turning on. Save your money and time. Security was involved and report was filed.

DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Broke my screen and had them fix it. First they took longer than they said a charge me more than I was told it would cost. Then while the salesman had my case he tried to sell me another case. He looked upset when I said I have the one next to you. He put it on and SAID your phone is working. At this time I was told nothing is wrong with your phone.All of a sudden, a couple of days until I was able to bring the phone back to them to them of the new problems it had- it would freeze and then only work sometimes. Call random numbers. These things never once happened before even with the cracked screen.Once they had it again the guy who once said your phone is fine change to " Oh its because you dropped it". Funny a couple days before that he said the phone was fine. Anyways he now tried to sell me half a new phone.Just use your warranty or go somewhere else.

I came to replace my phone screen they didn't properly put it back now my phone is falling apart the screen is falling off. They refuse to put my phone back together unless i pay. Big scam don't come here! I am currently reporting them to BBB because this is just WRONG!

Brought in my iPhone 11 Pro Max for rear camera lens replacement and this is the result for $50, refund needed not acceptable I wish I would of been told they didn't have the correct lens absolutely horrible.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! HIS HANDS WERE REALLY DIRTY 1ST OF ALL, HE ASKED ME SEVERAL TIMES WHAT MODEL PHONE IS, WHICH HE COULDVE EASILY LOOKED UP. I DROVE BACK AND FORTH ALL DAY TO TO PHONE STORE TO FIND OUT MODEL, THEY SAID WRONG ONE TO ME, SO SAID I DONT WANT TO DRIVE BACK CAN HE CALL FOR ME? HE SAID "THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM ITS YOURS!' GUY IN LA HABRA ON WHITTIER BL AMAZING OR GUY ON PIONEER BY FWY!

If I could give it 0 starts I would. PLEASE READ. If you go to any cell repair place in this mall you will get scammed out of your money. For starters I went to ICell to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed for a cracked screen and back. They charged me 500$ which was fair but for that price I expected good quality. They said it would take 40-60min which was okay so I decided to stay at the mall and wait with my mom. I see the same lady take my my phone to cellat and I get up close and this guys fixing my phone and I asked to see it and it indeed was. So if I'm paying ICell why is Cellat fixing my phone. ANYWAYS at this point I'm getting suspicious and very much irritated. It's about and hour and half goes by then 2 hours and then it was "fixed". I kid you not I restarted my phone because it was glitching right after and It was a black screen but the phone was on. I pressed the sides and sos was going off then my mom called me and it was ringing so the phone was on but it wasn't turning on. I immediately go back and tell them wtf and they "fix" it. The lady sells me this glass screen protector and told me it couldn't crack if it fell that it was really good quality. About legit 3 days pass by my phone falls at work into tile floor AND NOT ONLY THE GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR BREAKS BUT MY PHONE DOES AS WELL LINES ARE GOING THROUGH MY SCREEN ANF THWRES BLACK INK LEAKING AND IM NOT ABLE TO USE IT ANYMORE.I go to the Apple Store because I'm pissed off at this point they replaced my phone screen with a shitty glass and now I have to get it fixed again. Apple takes a look at it and says they weren't able to open it whoever fixed it before messed it up and I had to get a whole unit replacement which was 600$. ( which was not bad at all) ANWAYS I don't know if this matters but I also went to Cerritos Mall recently and GUESS WHO I SEE THE SAME LADY THAT TOOK MY PHONE TO GET FIXED AT ICELL TO CELLAT IN CERRITO'S CELLAT STORE. If you come here 99% you will get scammed just go to apple or anywhere else but here.
