My experience isn’t the greatest at all. My account was hacked twice in one month . When u call customer service the line stay busy and u can’t get any help . My funds are missing from my account and I’m highly upset because I can get anyone on the phone to help me

Exceptional service. I had issues with my debit card, so I called the bank. They addressed and resolved it immediately. The staff has always been attentive and responsive.

Horrible, no help at all. Accidentally typed a wrong pin # and ATM machine kept my card immediately. I stuck around for 1hr till open, I had all needed proof my bank was willing to fax any documents and they said if I'm not a customer they will not give me back my ATM card. Bad bad concept.

The staff in Downey and Pasadena have always been very kind and accommodating to me and more importantly, my father! On numerous occasions have taken down the walls that other banks put up! My father will be 91 in a few days and remembers the good ol days of community banking where you were more than an account....you truly were an asset!

THE WORST - I wish I could give them minus 5 stars. I am also a Kaiser Fed/Simplicity Bank shareholder/customer, could not access online acct, telephone acct - NOTHING and on hold for Customer Service literally for HOURS. Absolutely deplorable. Finally got through on phone only to be told I cannot close my account over the phone, has to be in writing via fax. Just faxed it.....
