I wanted to right a positive review as a thank you for the great service I received from Hi-Tel Solutions. I went there to get an estimate of repairs for an older Kindle I wanted to repair for a friend of mine. I met with Cris and she was very kind and helpful. She explained to me that it would be a $50.00 refundable deposit to diagnose the issue with the device. She then explained that if I wanted to proceed with the repairs, that same $50.00 would go towards the final cost of the repair bill. If I DID NOT want to repair the device then the $50.00 deposit would be refunded to me. It was pretty straightforward and understandable. They took about 2 days to diagnose the problem. They called me to explain what they found and what they needed to replace and how much it would cost. I thought it was a fair price and I approved the job to be completed. It took about 6 days to get the call that the device was completed and ready to be picked up. When I finally did the repairs were well done and I paid the final price of $115.00. I want to add an extra note about your initial $50.00 deposit. If you do decide to have your device repaired, they will put that deposit towards your final invoice. My total repairs for the Kindle were $165.00. They deducted the $50.00 deposit and reduced my final bill to $115.00. Not bad for good service and best of all a repaired device. I recommend this business if you need tech repair. Just know what to expect when you turn over your device and ask them for a turnaround time so that you set a fair expectation of when it will be completed. Also, keep in mind that if they have to order replacement parts for your device that this will be a factor in return time so you gotta know this and be patient with their process. I’ve never really bothered to leave Reviews , But After my experience here I felt beyond compelled to do so. I use my computer For work and school so you can imagine how stressful it was when it suddenly stopped functioning properly. However, All it took was one visit to not only solve the issue but amongst that , I experienced such wonderful costumer service From Mia. I can’t overstate how She single handedly managed to help me with all my questions , issues and helped to put my mind at ease. She is wonderful , is attentive and , I will recommend this place to all my coworkers too. Thank you mia , I hope your boss knows how excellent you are.

I was having issues with my devices being compromised and messed with by hackers most importantly my main phone where I keep all my valuable information. I brought my phone to the hitek team to get it looked at with all the information I could collect Edgar and his team went above and beyond to help as much as possible to give me peace of mind and make the decision to replace my devices since I was kind of unsure of what was really going on. Definitely recommended hitek for their awesome service and to anyone with similar issues. Ill definitely be coming back here if I ever need to! They are #1 in my book!

An absolute waste of time. I brought in my defective EVGA 3070 graphics card for them to diagnose the issue and see what repairs can be made. I mentioned that the manufacturer and system integrator warranty have expired, so that they are free to disassemble it for diagnosis and repair. In the beginning, I was happy to hear that they would replace any defective surface mounted devices and then eventually stress test it with FurMark, among other things, but instead I was kept out of the loop when I waited for several weeks with no progress on the job. Every time I called for an update, I was only told to wait another week. When I gave up on their ability to fix this, I showed up at their store again to get my device back, and I was surprised to see that they had not taken it apart for diagnosis when they said they would weeks earlier (shown by the intact warranty seals). When I confronted them about this, they kept saying how they did not get a response from some kind of vendor for some reason, which I found hard to believe because they would not have known which parts to buy since they did not know which parts needed replacement. I brought it to another repair shop and they were immediately able to find the problem (the GPU processor chip had a broken corner), and found that it is impossible to repair. TL;DR: Their standard diagnosis was four days, I ended up giving them five weeks and they broke their promises by doing nothing.

This place is amazing & I am so grateful for their service. I went to hi-tek solutions looking for help uploading a video to a usb as I was having difficulties, they attempted various ways to upload my video and refused to give up until finally achieving the upload. They understood how important this upload was to me and the time limit I had and did everything they possibly could to make sure I walked out with the video uploaded & satisfied. The staff is amazing and are so helpful. You can tell they care about their customers and offer the best solutions. Thank you hi-tek solutions for all your help!

I had started a new pc build for myself and I ran into some problems, the motherboard wasn't detecting the M.2s I had put in. I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. I ended up taking it to Hi-Tek Solutions and within a few days they had it ready for me to pick up and they even overclocked my cpu for me! I'm very thankful for them getting my new gaming rig up and running!
