I took my custom PC in to diagnose a part failure. They took care of it exactly on time and were able to tell me what went wrong. I would have spent way more money and time trying to do it all on my own. Would highly recommend.

I am not the kind of person who writes review but this is something cost me money and time, I would not suggest these people to anyone, I am small business owner self employed I have 2 computers point of sale one of them was giving error 513- Front Chssis fane not detected, so I sent it to them and they charged $104 they did not bother to change the 15 dollar fan but instead put grease in there, it dis jot even last 2 months same issue so I took out the fan myself I know that much about computers and turns out it's bad fan and back sticker was peeled and put grease in there, If I could I would give them zero stars I ordered a fan from Amazon it was $16 dollars and computers runs like new. Please google YouTube the problem before you even think about going to these guys They're rip off.. SECOND week of April it was supposedly fixed by them 1st June it stopped working again.

Highly recommend Hi-Tek in Downey. The workers are nice/polite, they answer questions you may have and they know what they're doing. They won't do any work until you understand and approve to move forward. I'm so happy I found this place!

Took in my old surface pro 4 I've had for +10 years..super slow and was a big headache to even turn on..
Edgar was super helpful, thorough with repairs and updates and extremely professional. I'm not very tech savvy and was a bit nervous on finding a good place but Hi-Tek Solutions did an OUTSTANDING job!

Edgar and his team are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had many issues with my computer, hard drive and editing software and Edgar and his team provided me with excellent customer service.

I wanted to right a positive review as a thank you for the great service I received from Hi-Tel Solutions. I went there to get an estimate of repairs for an older Kindle I wanted to repair for a friend of mine. I met with Cris and she was very kind and helpful. She explained to me that it would be a $50.00 refundable deposit to diagnose the issue with the device. She then explained that if I wanted to proceed with the repairs, that same $50.00 would go towards the final cost of the repair bill. If I DID NOT want to repair the device then the $50.00 deposit would be refunded to me. It was pretty straightforward and understandable. They took about 2 days to diagnose the problem. They called me to explain what they found and what they needed to replace and how much it would cost. I thought it was a fair price and I approved the job to be completed. It took about 6 days to get the call that the device was completed and ready to be picked up. When I finally did the repairs were well done and I paid the final price of $115.00. I want to add an extra note about your initial $50.00 deposit. If you do decide to have your device repaired, they will put that deposit towards your final invoice. My total repairs for the Kindle were $165.00. They deducted the $50.00 deposit and reduced my final bill to $115.00. Not bad for good service and best of all a repaired device. I recommend this business if you need tech repair. Just know what to expect when you turn over your device and ask them for a turnaround time so that you set a fair expectation of when it will be completed. Also, keep in mind that if they have to order replacement parts for your device that this will be a factor in return time so you gotta know this and be patient with their process. I’ve never really bothered to leave Reviews , But After my experience here I felt beyond compelled to do so. I use my computer For work and school so you can imagine how stressful it was when it suddenly stopped functioning properly. However, All it took was one visit to not only solve the issue but amongst that , I experienced such wonderful costumer service From Mia. I can’t overstate how She single handedly managed to help me with all my questions , issues and helped to put my mind at ease. She is wonderful , is attentive and , I will recommend this place to all my coworkers too. Thank you mia , I hope your boss knows how excellent you are.
