First time ever going to a harbor freight store. Staff were very helpful and courteous to assist with purchasing items. I was surprised they have items there cheaper than other stores. This store is very neat.

Well I just went to Harbor Freight for the first time and just for one item that I really needed and they had it and at a very good price. That's really all I can say about it.

Very bad experience in the service, the fact that I returned items does not give the cashier the right to be rude and deny service from the store. I am a customer of this store and I asked for access to the bathrooms and the cashier was very rude. He said no because they didn't serve, I proceeded to go to the bathroom and if they did, I wanted to make a complaint, look for the manager and she just said, I'll talk to her, that's not right, neither the cashier nor the manager, terrible service.

Harbor Freight has the friendliest associates. They're always willing to help with locating whatever we're looking for, and the prices are reasonable.
