Had a great experience!. The owner greets you with a warm smile. I usually buy roses, they’re always fresh and smells really good, however she has a variety of options. I highly recommend, the best flower shop in Downey. Great customer service.

Just want to say this place is amazing Susie really came in clutch. I made a last minute order to surprise my gf at her workplace. Susie not only built the arrangement and delivered within 2hrs but hooked me up and added a few extras.. safe too say I’ll be ordering from here again. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations

Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers. I ordered my friend some flowers to cheer her up - the ordering was super easy, and after I submitted my order, the owner followed up with a phone call to let me know she received the order and to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. The day of the delivery, she sent me a picture of the arrangement and let me know when they would be delivered. Unfortunately, my friend was not home when they tried to deliver so they let me know, and tried again later that day and it worked out. The owner also sent me confirmation of the delivery. My friend loved the flowers, they were beautiful!

Susie was awesome. I gave her an idea of what I wanted for my bouquet with my favorite, red carnations. I needed something small but would cover my tummy when holding it during our vows at the court house. I picked up a beautiful bouquet she did for me with only two days notice. They were fresh and ready on time. She was so nice easing my nerves as well regarding my wedding appointment just a few hours after my pick up. Thank you for the bouquet exactly as I wanted it!

I walked in when she was cleaning up and immediately tended to my needs gave me a time frame that was on point and gave me more than what I envisioned. I loved the vibe and the aura of the store and will definitely be coming here more often. Ms. Susie was extremely pleasant and polite. She called to confirm my order. Showed me the Roses proir to delivering! Her energy alone was enough for me to be a repeat customer! When it comes to Flowers in Cali, hands down Ms. Susie is the best!!
