I ordered Orchids for my wife and they were never delivered despite my credit card being charged. When I called customer service, the lady was very polite, but had no answers because it was a third party florist. I called the florist and the phone number did not work. I was given another number, and the gentleman who picked up also had no answers. He gave me yet another phone number where the lady who answered put me on hold for 50 minutes. It was a absolutely horrible experience. I eventually called my bank to have the charges reversed. It was a very frustrating experience. I will NEVER use this online flower service again. Smh......

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked in there with the intent of purchasing 4 roses and a sunflower order to be simply tapped together. I ask the man the price before choosing the flowers and the man tells me we'll look at it in the front. Once after he starts to tape it he then takes me to the front to then charge me 47$! After i start questioning him of the price he proceeds to tell me that he cant cancel the order since he already did the "work" of preparing it for me which also the flowers werent even good quality showing clear signs of drying and tear. Absolute BS. Overpriced flowers, Over priced decoration, Over priced store. If your willing to walk in and spend over 100$ for some low amount terrible quality flowers, go right ahead !

I ordered sympathy flowers for my aunt and before I placed the order I called to make sure they can do it because I called a day before I needed them. They said they can do it perfect I ordered them online. I ordered the faithful wishes wreath in large as they ask you small medium or large . I did NOT get the large I got a small for 220 dollars. I will never order here again. I was appalled when I got to the funeral home . Such a disappointment and I wanted to support a Latino business… not again on this florist

Over priced roses are froze burned some of them and a half dozen is $30 DIANAS FLOWERS GOT THEM $10-15 for half dozen a dozen in paper here is $82 nope

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I was able to come in the day before Mother's Day and save an arrangement to be picked up the next day. Carlos helped me choose one that he felt would last the longest and I was able to ask him add some baby breaths and he did so free of charge. The arrangement was beautiful and before leaving they sprayed a nice aroma on the flowers. It's a bit pricey and I'm not sure if it's because of the holiday but the flowers were $89. But what can you do, when it's for mom, you can't put a price on it.
