“Giving 4 stars out of 5 Clean stores and the cashiers are great. But they have no sense of urgency Every time I come at night or in the morning or even on the weekends they never have a sense of urgency too Clear the lines of people waiting to pay. It's so annoying when ur coming for one thing and have to wait in line for 10 mins. Not trying to sound like that guy , but if it's busy, you would think that the manager or shift supervisor would put their strongest people in front of the line to tackle the high traffic It's a great store. I'm not taking anything away from these people, but I came to the store for years and I just realized.... Im always waiting tooo damn long to leave this store”
“It's pretty huge for an Albertsons, and I like how clean and organized the place is. There were only 2 lanes open, but as soon as they saw the line get longer, they opened another cash register immediately??”
“I like this store because they have fairly low prices, there are meats, shrimp, chicken, pork loin, ranch meat, salads, vegetables, toilet paper, napkins, laundry soap and much more.”
“I always shop here for my fresh fruits and vegetables. They have good quality produce. On, March 6, the cashier told me that the item I had was not on sale, so I asked to make an exchange on a sale item. The cashier very willing did it and she got out of her chair to take the item back and brought back the correct item. Kudos to this gal for going out of her way for the customer. This is the type of employees we need in our communities. Too bad I didn't get her name.”
“I decided to try their pick up option the employees were amazing! They were very attentive to me and were so easy to work with! The environment there is also very clean and always pretty stocked with everything.”
“I got Asada and it was paper thin, but it was very soft and tender. I prefer to season it myself. My friends bought the chicken that was also very fatty and seasoned, but didn't taste like anything.”
“I totally know this neighborhood because of the club next-door. I've never been to the store tho . Doing school pick up and the kids get in the car starving. So I decided to pull over and grab a snack or two. You had me with the sign that says 3 free tacos if you buy more than $15. What an excellent idea. Such a great incentive to spend $15 .. Now I just wish that those tacos were made out of jackfruit and this would be my store.”

This was eight years ago since then that has been my go to market for produce deli, meat and snacks. The ceviche and agua Chile are really really good. Don’t skip out on the liquor specials. The manager is really cool tall dude don’t remember his name.”
“Store is clean. Service is semi friendly. The cashier we got was not very friendly, but the bagger was. Some items can be pricey while others are priced right. It's a hit or miss here”

“I have found my new Grocery Store!!Huge Location with great lighting me and the wife came down on saturday. No lines no hassle parking in and out quick! Everything was priced right! This Location has a Carniceria!!”
“It is always tidy and the hallways are clean so that's why I give them 5 stars ? although when you press the buttons to use the key to open a showcase they take forever to open and that is annoying so in that area I only give it one star ⭐”

“The majority of the people at the pharmacy are really great. Have gotten several of my vaccines there and they charged my insurance. Never a long wait and aways have a few grocery items to pick up. Very convenient”

“5 Stars for 3 associates that assisted me on a very crazy day when all the locals were flooding the store because of Tropical Storm Hilary.Associates Tarsha Cheyenne & Judy I really have to take the time to give the young ladies recognition for keeping it together when they were all getting bombarded from every angle by customers and still managed to provide exceptional customer service. I've managed for over 27yrs and I know first hand how hard it is to find key players. I really hope that top management takes the time to give these associates recognition and ensure you secure these associates give them a promotion and a raise these associates should be considered valuable assets to your organization especially after seeing that this store had very low ratings. This type of customer service by these associates will help bring your store ratings up. If your management fails to acknowledge these reviews I encourage you to go elsewhere, because it is very important that the organization you work for values their employees. “Most of the employees are great people that provide excellent customer service! The customers are for the most part the worst, always stealing in the self checkouts! Just watch out for the 90% of bad Walmart Customers and you’ll be fine for the most part!”
