Came in today with my husband too see the showroom for a tub Diana was very professional and super knowledgeable of every product they sale gave us advice on different stuff like the jets for tubs and overall of each product they sale will be making business with this company because of the great customer service and clarifying everything for us.

This review is for Diana! She has been amazing. My mom doesn't speak English very well and she went by herself to pick out toilets, Diana was so patient and kind to my mom she raved about her for days. She told her what to measure- what would work best for her house and just overall excellent customer service!! She is definitely a gem!!

I learned about Golden West in 2005 and I have been a repeat customer since. Golden West provide their knowledge, expertise and sells plumbing parts at a fair price. I bought kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets and plumbing parts. Ross has been my go to person for plumbing. He has found and given me the right parts every time. He is very knowledgeable and always ready to help.

As other have said, this is the place for knowledge and customer service. I buy there frequently and as with other businesses, once in awhile things aren't perfect. If you want perfect, make an appointment for the showroom and you will receive one on one hospitality and all the time you need. Counter service for parts and supplies is walk-up and take your turn, just like anywhere. You can buy on the phone/ fax /email once you are set up.

i had a great experience finding my shower fixtures after home depot screwed up my order. diana in the show room was a great help finding exactly what i needed and the color my wife wanted. in addition, when i came to pick up my order, i told the associate i liked his golden west sweater. he went into the back to get one and gave it to me for free! great customer service and total positive vibe amongst the employees every time i walk in. i spent over $2,000 here and i will be a customer again in the future

Great service, quality parts ask for ROSS when coming into warehouse he will be able to help you with any parts you need. HOME DEPOT IS FOR AMATEURS if you want parts that the pros use and last go here.

From faucets, or toilets, commercial or residential, any plumbing tool or part you will need, you will find it here. I have been coming here for the last 15 years. They have almost everything you could need for plumbing. From supply lines and angle stops to hard to get parts.. And don't forget the product showroom. Ross and Mitch, are absolutely the best.. in my opinion very knowledgeable and always happy to give any advise or help you may need. A+ Golden West!

Was expecting more items on display, but it was ok. Better than most places I visited today. Everything displayed is very modern. Wanted something more traditional. They do have it in catalogs but not displayed.
