Just 1 of many-many more 5 star reviews of this great muffler shop. I came in to get a noise checked out, and the guy was so straightforward and honest. Told me exactly what the problem was, what it cost to repair it, and even sent me to get the oem part from the dealer (no upcharge) to have his shop install it.
Car is fixed, great price and only took an hour. What more can someone ask for? I hope these guys keep getting business because these honest shops deserve it.

You want a mechanic that prices you honestly, go to Gene's. I spent less time and money there than what was quoted at other shops, and my old Camry passed smog

Wow! What a difference. I took my new-to-me 2001 BMW Z3 to Gene's to see what they could do about the horrible, droning aftermarket exhaust the car came with. They took a quick look underneath and proposed a solution that made a massive difference in the way the car sounds and with my overall enjoyment of the car. The work was done in only a few hours and the price was very reasonable. Much less than I was imagining it would cost to make the car sound good. It may be my imagination, but I swear the car's throttle response feels better too.

Top notch! They replaced my catalytic converter and sensor that someone stole from my car at the LA Fitness off of Lakewood Blvd. Jerry got me in right away, and out in about an hour! Go to Gene's for great service!

Jerry is a very genuine and fair person, I appreciate the fact that I had came in late and Jerry was kind enough to still accommodate my appointment time. Overall Gene's Mufflers is a diamond in the rough, priced reasonably and excellent quality of work.

I came in with a new exhaust that I got, and they helped me remove the drone and added resonator, they saved me from getting rid of my $1000 dollar exhaust. They were super patient and compared to other muffler shops you can tell they actually care. Dont go to other shops this is one is the best in town.?Service: Exhaust

My moms catalytic converter was cut off and left in a bush. Fortunately, it was fast, easy and affordable to put back on. My mom was so grateful for the kind service.

I went in for a catalytic converter replacement. The people in the shop were very nice and welcoming. No major issues, my cat got replaced within an hour and their pricing were great as well.
