Purchased a dress and I didn't try it on because I don't like trying things on at the store so I asked if I didn't like it if I couldn't return it if it didn't fit or I didn't like it.. the girl asked the manager and they said yes the only thing I couldn't return would be the items in the back of the store.. I come in to return it. Now they're telling me I can't return it because they are now 50% off. If I would of known I would have never purchased anything from this store unprofessional every single one of them that work there.Update called customer service they said I could return it and gave me a reference number. Went to the one in Long Beach and accepted my return no questions asked.. Downey G by guess is trash with 0 customer service skills

where I start the place is clean the clothes are tidy but the employees get upset when you ask them something and their looks judge you and you feel totally uncomfortable
