Today, June 23, I am waiting outside the office, according to them they open at 9 am, it is 9:30 and they do not open, I come to buy insurance, but this speaks very badly of them, how serious is it?

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at the Downy location. One of the employees was extremely rude to me. She refused to answer my question. She didn't seem to know how to speak to customers and if your employees are in a hurry to leave their job, they shouldn't be put in front of the telephone to answer calls. It's important to teach them how to talk to customers. I wish I could give zero stars for the service I received.

Had the worst experience with them, due to their company error on not following proper procedure to switch my payment information 2 months in a row my policy canceled. Their solution was for me to pay 50 bucks to reinstate the policy and since its my actual carrier charging it freeway said they weren't responsible even though it was due to their mistake twice. Then when I finally got a call back from a manager he was rude when I said I did not want to reinstate and suggested he bring the fact that employees were not following procedures to company attention. I said it nicely and he sounded like he could care less.
