As I walk in I was immediately help by Mr. Austin the wood Floor Manager he was very helpful in every way I asking a thousand questions not ones he LOST any interest on helping me, he is a true PROFESSIONAL....( He made me feel like coming back to spend my money there.

Poor service at both locations I shopped at Carson and Downey. Now I get why I’ve never heard or been to any FloorDecor stores until recently. In the last month I had purchased twice online and every time there’s issues at pick up. Your order won’t be ready on time, internet or system issues and the staff is not very friendly and willing to help. I’d rather go to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on.

I went this morning to purchase tile. There is no customer service. I was waiting for somebody to help me regarding a tile that I liked on display. I only seen the cashier sitting down and just looking around. I walked around the store to find help. There no staff and if there's staff they just ignore you. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Highly recommend this store! The staff members we have encountered are always courteous, specially our design specialist, Nirvana. She truly went above and beyond to help us decide what tile/materials to use. Her knowledge and dedication made the design process for our project seamless. We will definitely be returning!

I was there for a stone tile pencil liner. None to very few on shelf, no employees in the whole store to be seen and upon arrival the "greeter" / cashier looked at me stunned when I had asked her to direct me towards the selections of liner.... didn't want to bother her for customer service again... just left. Customer service wise, this store was worse than a Home Depot during a rush hour.

Shopped at this location today along with my 4 year old & my 7 months old baby.
I was in and out in no time thanks to NADIR. He was quick in finding all the things that I needed, helped me by loading them in the cart & went the extra mile to then load everything in my car since I had my hands full with my baby's stroller.

All kinds of flooring supplies. Priced fair, and as far as the customer service / assistance goes, I'll give the benefit of fairness. The first employee was a dumb*^#$. The next person i approached was outgoing, knowledgeable, and professional. I quickly found what I needed and felt good that I had been assisted and treated so well. I'm definitely going back! Thanks to all.

Lots of inventory, but the employees are not very helpful. Had to load 12 boxes of heavy marble by myself. Employees walked by and no one offered to help.

They have really nice stuff here. And the designer Dominique is a gem. If you need some good ideas for your home she is the one to talk to. She won't disappoint. If you see her tell her Nell left you a review she said you are the best there is.
