Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.

Called ferguson for a part, was told it would be delivered the next morning, the next day was told it would be here by the end of the day, next day still no part and company was not helpful.

Placed a phone order for an odd part They didn't waste time in getting it found and drop shipped to me and at a reasonable price. If they don't stock it they definitely have the contacts to find it. Received part the next day got the equipment up and running customer was very happy.
