First time I make a payment in that place and 2 months have passed and my payment still does not appear, I went to the store to make the claim and they have not helped me, I have called the bank multiple times and they have not resolved anything. I'm tired of talking on the phone so much and not getting my money back and telling me to continue paying a debt that I have paid.
