I recently had a concerning experience at Empire Liquor. After purchasing a lotto ticket, the cashier almost didn't give all the tickets to me. It felt like they were about to keep the ticket I paid for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and raises serious trust issues. I hope the management takes steps to ensure such incidents don't happen again. Be cautious if you decide to shop lotto tickets here specifically if you going to buy a lot of different tickets like me who purchased $120 worth of tickets for a company.

They never answer the phone like how hard is it to pick up it only takes a few seconds to answer 1 question vs walking all the way down the street to find out they don’t have a certain item especially if your having a terrible headache & u tell the guy hey I’ve called so many time why didn’t u answer had to walk all the way over here …just for the guy to yell at you in your face saying “why you call me so many times that was you?! what’s wrong with you” like really? I had a bad headache as it was i mean they usually have a variety of stock don’t get me wrong but how am i to know what’s in stock a simple pick up the phone would be nice & not yelling in customers faces

Horrible customer service today two of my sons witness horrible treatment, the person who was behind the counter and old gentleman treated a old Hispanic woman horribly, called her stupid because all she wanted was the receipt which the cashier didn't give it to her, so my son interpreted in English that the lady needed the receipt, which made the cashier mad and started harrasing the old lady and my son for helping her. I tried calling this liquor store but no one answered it's a disgrace that people are racist and mistreat people this shouldn't happen. My sons came shaking and telling me what happen.
