They were very communicative, were quick to answer the many questions we had, and prepared everything in a way - visuals, breakdowns - that made it easier to understand. Ivan and Jesus were so great. My loan process was smooth from beginning to end. They communicated well and were on top of everything. Jesus, loan coordinator, went above and beyond when working with the Escrow company of the seller to help me have an easier time with the paperwork. Buying a home is nerve racking. Ivan Torres Mortgage Team was so helpful through the process and informative. The daily emails of what we needed and why was overwhelming at times but his team took the time in explaining the reasons for the required documents. I like the check off list that was provided to help us know where about we were in the process.
