“Jose listened to my concern with the washer. I explained the problem and he tested the machine to see what the cause of the water leak. Unfortunately, it seemed to be OK and he was unable to find the cause of the water leak because the machine was working OK. He told me to watch for the leak and take a picture if it happens again. He was pleasant and professional.”
