I went to Verizon today in search of a new samsung phone, always get good customer service they always ho above and beyond tell me my options but today let me tell you I recieved the worst customer service ever management should put people there that want to work or at least know what they are doing, but the girl for the most part if she doesn't want to be in contact with customers she should stay home.

Never had an issue with Verizon or over the phone customer service so this review is only for this store but to complain about The manager at this location "Felipe" He has zero customer service . I picked up an online order at the door due to our times . Didn't think about looking at the items until I got home and upon inspecting saw that it was clear phone and case have been opened . I inspected items to see if I was given a used phone, it was clear that it was handled prior to myself . Seeing as this order was a gift I decided to cancel order because I didn't want to gift opened items . When I got to store and obviously items looked open and I explained that this is how I was handed items in bag , his initial reply was "nope you or a family member must have opened this. " this was not an acceptable response . Try a different store I'm sure you'll find better customer service than with Felipe . But thank you over the phone customer service for making it right and actually listening.

Horrible customer service. They don't give you a direct answer and look at you like you're stupid for asking a question. They tell everyone the same amount of time for waiting in line, and then you end up waiting longer. Don't come to this location!

I can see why this place has an overall of 2 stars. I went in to purchase of phone and Fernando C was trying to change my entire plan and add a tablet without asking me. He said my purchase for today was better than if I were to buy it online. The total amount that he was trying to charge me was $202. I left and I went online to purchase the phone was $132 for the taxes. I try calling back to complain because this is the second time something has happened. I spoke with the manager, Felipe, and he said that the prince online should have been the same in store. That there was no way it could have been different. Then I said that Fernando is probably a dumbass for not checking correctly and that he should be properly trained. Felipe seemed upset and he said that he couldn't help me if I use that language. I didn't want any help and was just complaining. The employees should be properly trained and if they were, then they can probably get more stars. Afterwards, Felipe said that there's a $20 discount when your purchase when you order online. It still doesn't add up to $132. They should get their stories straight and stop try to overprice customers. For Verizon, everyone should just buy the phones online. You'll save more money that way.

The employees spend more time smoking and joking with each other rather than helping customers. I literally walked out . Don't come to this Verizon location . I wish I could give zero stars.

My brother recently went into the store with my dad that doesn't speak any English. They were helped by an associate that doesn't speak any Spanish which was the first mistake. My brother upgraded his phone and paid an "upgrade fee" of $200. He walked out of the store without the phone even being activated. He got home and still didn't have the phone activated and was told he had to call to activate it ????? How is an associate going to upgrade his phone not activate the phone ?! Makes no sense. He had to go back and an associate simply switched out the SIM card. The person who helped him originally couldn't have done that ??? I took a look at the receipt and saw my brother's upgrade fee was $40 plus tax and the associate didn't say he was charging $45 for the screen protector. My dad is now confused at the bill because he didn't understand anything the guy was saying. My brother says the guy kept adding things on such as the insurance on the phone when my brother said he didn't not want it. Point is please look at your receipt before you get home and make sure you understand all charges and ask to wait for a spanish speaking representative if needed because they will try to take advantage of you!

False advertisement? I purchased two phones two months ago and was told there was a promotion if you buy AirPods they'd be free. However, you would have to pay for the AirPods and you'd get a visa in the mail within 6-8 weeks. Hi, it's been 9 weeks (: and guess who has to go back in the store and complain that their visa hasn't arrived ? Me. Not only that but when I purchased my phones the sales guy didn't even offer me any plan or asked me which plan I'd like he gave me the one he decided. So I go back and I'm like wtf man. Then I got a $300 credit that was suppose to go towards my bill. Have I received that credit ? Nope! I keep going back and they keep telling me it'll be added on to my next bill. And it does not. (Not to mention it takes FOREVER to be helped here Bc the associates will be huddled up talking amongst each other. way to go Verizon)This is false advertisement which can result in a potential lawsuit.

You walk in, and you'll be lucky to get any employee to even acknowledge you. I went in for an upgrade, was completely mis informed, the manager added a new line which I never asked for instead of offering me an early upgrade. It created a total mess on my account. The employees seem to have very limited knowledge of their products and services. The worst part is, this is considered one of their corporate stores. The only time you get Verizon's attention and quality customer service is when you purchase something! after that you just become a number. You would think since their employees are on commission you would get acknowledged and any service at all. Overall experience = HORRIBLE

Review is judge on customer service. Upon walking in. Notified employee I was there to pay my cell phone bill. He took my number and walked away. After walking around the store for 5 mins and fiddling with the phones and iPads. I noticed 4 employees. Sitting in the corner talking about their day. I then noticed that they have a kiosk in the corner. Went to use it. And guess what the touch didn't work. Pressed it about 50 times. While a employee stood 5 feet away watching me. I went back to the employee that took my number. Asked how much longer. He said soon. (All the while the 4 employees where now talking about the dodger game). I told him I would just pay it online or a later day. His response was ok. They have no respect for a persons time.
