I called around to many Vets to find decent prices when I was a first got my dog. And I am so glad I selected them. They are great. The doctor is very patient, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The assistants and front desk personnel are also very nice and helpful. It has been almost 14 years and still highly recommend them. I've never had a bad experience.
Their caring nature became even more evident when my doggie was diagnosed with diabetes. They have been so caring toward her and patient with all the questions I had. They always assist me with a friendly attitude and smile whenever I have a concern. Definitely very happy I stuck with them

I have been bringing my animals to Downey Vet for 40 years. After finally getting in exam room with Charlie I heard assistants talking and deciding amongst themselves to have new vet treat my dog. I was not asked if this was ok. Dr. Raymond has been treating my rescue dog for 2 1/2 years.

We had a drop off appt. It was quick, easy, and effortless. Dr Ana was the sweetest vet we've ever came across. She took her time with us over the phone and when we arrived to pick up Honey....then even several days after our appt when we had a question that we forgot to ask!

Everyone I spoke to, was very friendly. Great customer service. Our first time going to any vet office, Dr.Ana and the staff were wonderful. They answered all my questions, I would highly recommend Downey Veterinary Hospital. The office was also very clean, We will definitely be coming back.

Unsatisfied. Why have me make appointment for a certain time when your going to have me there for over a hour before having my dog seen? Management needs to understand the appointment process and what’s the point of setting up an appointment. Having 9 people come in within a hour show you are overbooking. prices are abit over the top. Check

We love their kindness and care for our dawggies. Only one concern is the additional care offered deemed not always necessary and it can get $$$, as in $1000+ each dog. (I grew up with dogs as a kid and never had these expenses, this generation has a different outlook I suppose!). Best care we've experienced in the area. There is a horrible horrible uncaring office on Firestone in Downey I won't recommend to my worst enemy.
