Very disappointed in their service today . I scheduled my service appt for 11:30am. Got here at 11:15 for an oil change. I was told 1.5 hrs will be done. 3 hours later they are barely finishing up with my oil change. They said there mechanics had to go to lunch . I have things to do today and now I'll be late to everything because there mechanics had to go to lunch around my scheduled appt

We were looking to get my sister in law her first car and went to another dealership where we waited about an hour for the dealership to tell us that they could not find the keys to the car. I found a similar Car at Downey and called up and Angeles Gomez picked up and assured me that the vehicle we were looking for was on the lot and ready for a test drive. As soon as we arrived Angeles greeted us promptly and let us know that the vehicle was ready for a test drive. We got a great deal on the vehicle and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely ask for Angeles again if we need another car at Nissan Downey. Thank you!

The sales person wasn’t pushy. He let us look over two different vehicles we were interested in. I chose one and then we went out for a test drive. When I said I wanted to buy it he sent me to the money guy who was also very pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have experienced. Ricardo was very acknowledgedable about the car I was buying. He was upfront, honest, and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car, including the color and ensuring top quality. My 2021 Nissan Frontier's check engine light lit up on the day before Thanksgiving while visiting SoCal. I called and spoke with Hugo. He had no openings until the following Monday. I explained to Julio that we are from out of town and that my wife needs to be at work on that Monday, he was able to squeeze us in on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Julio really made our day. Throughout the time the truck was in the shop, he gave updates. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Big shoutout and thank you to Paul for the excellent and exceptional service. Went in for an oil change and Paul assisted me right away. Great experience from start to finish, could not have asked for a better service. Must say I have gone to do my oil change here before, but the service I got from Paul was top class. He informed me about everything and made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. Top class service! Highly recommend giving Paul a raise!! It was my first time getting assistance from Paul and I will definitely look forward to seeing Paul in my next visits.

Best decision I made was to come here! Downtown LA Nissan and Mission Hills could not get me approved but Downey could! Steve got me approved and gave me the best deal around! Thank you Sergio for the professionalism! I highly recommend anybody that wants to get a car come here!

I would like to thank Downey Nissan and the special rep in sales Angeles which was amazing in guiding us on the lease of our vehicle. We loved it and I truly recommend it. We leased a 2023 Nissan Altima beautiful I really recommend this place the experience was easy, and we were very comfortable at the new offices there.

Rarely post reviews .. honest mechanics tho .: i was on the phone and they suggested I go in and buy a gas cap and finally after a while of the check engin light getting in my nerves dam Check engine light turned off. I was going to spend hundreds if not a thou wow but something so small ended up being a gas cap not an evap leak.. I really appreciate my baby daddy mobility car ?
