Lady that checked us in on Saturday was the only good thing. Bed was very uncomfortable, chairs in room were for children. The lady when we checked out was the same Rude lady that went out of her to be very rude on the phone and refused to give me her name. We have never had an experience like this. Shameful.

Horrible horrible horrible do not stay here. Checked in at 6pm after a 6 hour drive only to have a broken toilet. When asked to have it fixed they refused. They said I could go find a plunger. I asked to change rooms they refused. They said I could get a refund and go elsewhere. The big wide lady dressed like a bum in the front refused to give me her name. Poor customer service

3 bed bedroom was spacious and clean. Parking is small.Nearby activities: Stonewood Mall is right behind hotel. Lots of places to eat or buy coffee walking distance.

The rooms are clean and spacious, they have the necessary things to be comfortable during your stay, the breakfast is not what I expected, it was coffee, juice and muffins. I did not like the reception, the night girl is very friendly, but the Manager is not friendly and does not offer solutions to the problems you may have. We had a misunderstanding with the night receptionist who told us that we could change our departure a day before and they would refund our money. When we checked out they told us that it was not possible because we did not make the reservation with them (it was through Expedia) I had already moved my entire trip for this reason, and even though I am a client who books every month, they did not offer me a solution. He just said it wasn't his fault and that's it. I think he could have handled the situation better. I say this from manager to manager.

Rooms are pretty big, clean, includes desk, chairs, mini fridge and microwave. Their cable includes movie channels as well. First time staying here, great location, smack dab in the middle of everything. A good hotel with all the usual overpriced frills

Front desk was not friendly. Rooms were decent. Room 1 the fan/heater was outdated and loud. The door top lock was also broken. Toilet top was cracked. Room 2 was the fan/heater was older and loud. Location was not a concern besides the safety (see next comment section) As we were only there for a funeral.Safety: Someone tried to break into our car. Same person opened our room door (yes we forgot to lock it long day with traveling and funeral)He managed to run off. But we got a picture of him. Notified the front desk as soon as we got a chance. All she said was she would just notify someone (again we had a long day ahead of us)

There was a roach in our room and the lady at the front desk was rude when we told her first and last time there to much to spend to have to deal with roaches photo included on the nightstand right next to the bed

Terrible customer service, it seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you.They are inflexible at check in and check out. We had two reservations (one for 3 nights and the other for 2 nights) in case we changed locations depending on the parks we were visiting. To change the second reservation they made us vacate the room for 4 hours, even knowing that the second reservation had already been paid and to make matters worse they gave us the same room, we asked them if we could pay the extra hours and thus leave things in the room and they didn't allow us.The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, they only clean the rooms every other day, the first day we arrived we found the sheets and bedspreads dirty, the shoes were filled with lint or dirt and we had not even been in the room at all. That day, when we checked where so much dirt was coming from, we found that they never moved the furniture and the corners and edges of the walls were full of dirt.We had a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, to which they only left 3 towels in the room. When we asked for another towel, they only responded that those are the ones assigned to each room.The last day to load the suitcases we put the car in reverse to make it easier, because they didn't let us (even with that!!!), they made us move it despite only wanting to put the suitcases in the trunk.They offer a breakfast with fruit, cereal, bagels, milk, juice and coffee... but upon arrival THEY ONLY LEAVE COFFEE, JUICE AND MUFFINS. Do not stay here. I was not thinking when I booked this place sad ?. overpriced, mosquitoes everywhere, ac outdated, people upstairs stomp loud often, you can basically hear everything, rude front desk little girl. The other tv in the mini living room kept freezing. I don’t know how mosquitos got in there.

Very disappointed. We have stayed at this motel many times over the past years. Even though the traffic noise is loud we found the location handy for us. I wasn't happy that the bottom sheet didn't cover the mattress protector and asked for another sheet. Because of this I felt front office wasn't happy with me. I just don't get not having sheets large enough for the bed. (YUK) My partner is a diabetic and we need to keep his meds cold. We asked if we could put our freezer packs in the office fridge/freezer as the room fridges don't have a freezer. The young lady in the office on check-in was fine with it. On ckeckout we were told if it doesn't fit in our fridge then we have to deal with it. She was extremely unfriendly. They won't accept anything in their fridge. We are traveling from overseas and have no other way to keep meds cold. We will never stay at this property again.A little kindness goes a long way. What goes around comes around.Rooms: Very noisey, need larger sheetsFood & drinks: Breakfast is a cupcake and coffee

Zero to none privacy. It's loud. The rooms look nothing as advertised. The room you book is not the room you get. Not the friendliest staff. Taxing for little things.
