Purchased a really nice chain and pendant for my husband and I couldn’t be more happier I started off with Sydney as a sales rep very very kind nice then I finished my sale off with Steve and it all around was great amazing they were very helpful to my needs I am a person that is very indecisive so they showed me all these different things that chains and pendants that I was indecisive and they were very patient and just all around great I left the store with my chain and pendant very happy and pleased and I couldn’t be happier I definitely go back to them very well experience would definitely go back❤️

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE from this CO. They are liars and tell you one thing and when you purchase the item and it comes to making the payments they tell you another I bought a ring for my daughter for her sweet 16 the price was 199.00 "sale price" I put $150.00 down so that I wouldn't have to make payments something I told the salesperson I didn't want and I felt didn't need if the ring only cost $199.00 I could of just paid it in full but the sales person insisted that if I put it on credit it would help my credit score so I figured why not well that was not what happened when I got a call from finance dep to collect my first payment I was shocked because "salesperson" also said she would set up direct payments that didn't happen either they said the $150.00 was not applied and that I owe two hundred and something and that salesperson also added insurance for item when I didn't even ask for insurance everything about this purchase was so wrong I tried calling the store to speak to sales person Julie hoping she would fix the problem instead she was arguing with me and denying what she clearly told me ugh! this place is just full of S*** and I will never purchase anything from them ever again!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would but am hesitant to give 1 because this place sells very over priced low quality jewelry. I failed to do my research before walking into that place to order my daughter her first name charm that she always wanted and I decided to get it for her as a gift. The pushy lady was so desperate to sell that she failed to explain how very thin the name charm was gonna be. It lasted about 2 weeks and broke in half . I went somewhere else and for the same price got a better quality more thick charm which I'm very content. SHAME on Daniel's for selling overpriced low quality jewelry with pushy desperate employees..smh

Avoid the signature collection! My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding bands here and two diamonds fell out within 6 months! When I took the rings to get repaired the jeweler told me the rings were poorly made and the prongs weren't going to hold up and they were going to have to redo it. I took the rings to two other jewelers and they all said the same thing. Extremely disappointed in the quality.

I went in yesterday to find wedding bands. Mya was very helpful. She let us take our time looking at the rings. Once I made the decision she asked about the credit line but I declined and she was not pushy whatsoever. I had a pleasant experience and the reason for 4/5 is due to not having more variety in styles.
