This store looked bad. Merchandise all over the floor. I don't blame the employee. It looked that she was by herself; she needed help.When I looked around and I saw the kind of customers that were present and how they had no control over their children, I clearly understood why the store was a mess.Sometimes, people are very disrespectful and never get civilized.Based on my experience, it has to do with demographics.

This seems to be the only rude staffed Daiso Japan I have gone into. Everytime I go in this location in Downey they all have the same funky attitudes which makes paying customers not want to patronize them. Not to mention its small and doesn't have a wide variety as some of the other locations.

My girls love daiso and always walk out with trinkets and/or snacks but it feels like it's a bit more Americanized than other locations for some reason.

Fun browse for things you don't know you need in this famous discount chain from Japan. It always happens to me. Well organized, brightly lit and well stocked items marked with prices in ¥ with ¥ to $ conversion charts everywhere. Unmarked items are $1.75. Happy shopping!

I arrived to this store's Grand Opening and let me tell you what, This place has so many useful items that I didn't think I needed. It's so easy to get carried away and purchase multiple items! I highly recommended everyone check this place out. Great customer service and budget friendly!

I'm very happy with $7.65 purchase. I was looking for some last minute Christmas presents and I was happy to find a small Disney section. They do not have Apple Pay. Parking lot is huge since it is an outdoor shopping center.
