The lady working Pharmacy phone line 4/7/24 around 6pm has horrible phone etiquette. I called multiple times she answered once and placed me on hold right away, leaving me on hold for minutes. I called back multiple times, she would just answer just leave me on the line again for minutes. Horrible customer service

YOU WILL DIE FIRST! Before getting any service here. Pharmacy loses Prescriptions. Blames doctors, never helps people, put my wife on hold so long that I drove to store and told them to pick up phone where my wife was still waiting. Worst place ever!!

It takes forever to get your prescriptions from the drive-thru then you have to make sure they give you your meds and not someone else.

Ok if you want to feel attacked and have a bad say go to cvs. This is definitely the spot for ruining your day.
Cvs = centre of violent store. Be sure not to ask a question the hardy bros will jump on you. Jeez I’ve never though of writing a review like this but damn cvs has issues

Went in for passport pictures and Delia was so nice and very polite , also grab another items like eye drops and candy , Delia made the transition so smooth , hire more attendants like her , unlike a young lady with blue hair , she needs costumers service skills , thank you

This cvs is my favorite because it has a great variety of products, both from home and from brands, and there is also a good parking place. It's a shame that too many thefts by people are responsible for things being locked in the display cases and when we need something The locked shelves take an eternity for the employees to arrive to give us the things. But the cvs. For me, it is the best in the area and also because of the schedule, people can arrive sooner or later. The pharmacy is normal, as in all of them, the pharmacists are always very busy.

This pharmacy is terrible. So unprofessional,I called to check the status of my prescription and the lady answered and said “2 callers ahead please wait” then one minute later answered me on hold with “sorry, 4 callers ahead.” I waited a good 26 minutes and the next time she picked up the call she hung up my call!! She did this twice! Not only was that very rude but it was very inconsiderate after waiting on hold for so long!!!After she hung up on me twice I called her out on the 3rd call and told her why was she hanging up calls. This lady had the nerve to pop off with attitude towards me like I made her work that job! It is just crazy.Back to the main point, this pharmacy is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They never have anything ready, everything is always on back order. If you choose to have your medication at this pharmacy, prepare to be waiting 3 weeks.

I called twice and let the phone ring for 8 minutes each. The second time someone actually answered the phone I asked if they were busy, and he said no! Now I’ve been on hold for 5 minutes and I’m still waiting for assistance.After 15 minutes I called back and the front desk said there’s three people working at the pharmacy right now. I’ve been transferred again!That is it! I’m going to a different pharmacy from now on. These people are beyond incompetent.
