The pharmacy service is very fast at times, though at other times the drive-thru and prescription pickup can take forever. A significant downside is that many items are locked in display cases due to thefts, which causes long waits for assistance. The area around the store has issues with homeless drug users, prompting warnings to be aware of your surroundings. Despite these problems, many find it a great store with good service and occasional pleasant surprises like coupons.

It takes forever to get your prescriptions from the drive-thru then you have to make sure they give you your meds and not someone else.
