I have been doing taxes by myself with Turbo Tax for the past 5 years, but there are several mistakes I made that I was completely unaware of. Amber definitely has been a revelation! AS a self employed person you are always conscious of how to save money, she helped me file my own corp and has saved me half of what I was going to owe! I strongly recommend her and Crammer Inc. services. She will be going mine and my wife's taxes until i retire!

This is my 4th year having my taxes done with Crammer. Amber makes everything so simple. From doing my taxes on my own to now having it be me and my husband, she makes it all so easy to understand. She is very punctual and organized. Thankful for this service!

I went to Will Crammer for a couple years to do my taxes. Seemed great at the time getting tax returns. Then I got audited by the irs in 2018 for my 2016 and 2017 taxes. The audits still haven't been resolved Today. That's not totally crammer fault, I wanted to comment on the lack of customer service and poor communication. At the start there was no price or rate discussed. After meetings I would request copies of letters and communication with the irs so I could have in my file. It took probably 10 messages to get one letter or info on what was sent. Also, whenever I talked to will on the phone, apparently I was getting charged $250/hr even if it was for 10-15 minutes. Flash forward to a couple months ago, I get a bill of $1250 with no breakdown of hours or anything. The only response I got was this is what it costs pay it or leave it. This was all email and no one would call to discuss. Communication of how my money was being spent could have mitigated this issue. I could have called the irs instead of racking up $250/hr rates on my bill. If you do work with these guys, ask for the rates and estimates up front and be very clear on what you want them to do or don't do so you avoid getting a large bill at the end with an unresolved audit. Two stars for lack of communication, service, and unresolved audit. Matt

I've been coming to Crammer for probably the last 4-5 years. It is always a seemless process and I know everything will be handled in a professional and efficient manner. Amber made getting mine and my husband's taxes done a breeze! She's well organized and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining all the numbers and was as thorough as can be. She was so patient, even after I asked her about a million questions. She was simply a pleasure to work with. I had been going to another tax preparer for years before making the switch to Crammer Inc. So glad I did, my experience was WAY better here. My husband and I will be lifelong clients!

Elsa is phenomenal! She's done my taxes for a few years now. I've been going to Crammer Incorporated for probably 20-ish years? I've never been audited, and my returns have always been correct.

Very down to earth and effective tax accountants. They simplified my tax return and advised on strategies to reduce tax liability for future stock sales. Fairly expensive to file the return, but you get what you pay for. I recommend you consider these guys if you have a complex tax return that you want to make sure is done right without leaving money on the table.

This review is specifically for Amber CPA. Please don't take me on as a client if you're too busy for me. That's one thing I first asked her if she could take me on. I'm not going to make this story long but my taxes were not filed correctly and paperwork was mailed out late to me. Not doing my Taxes there next year. I also thought it was over price.

Matt Crammer is an incredible human being. He is fantastic at looking our taxes and always keeps us informed with the latest Federal and California Laws. His front office workers are also super friendly and attentive. I have called several times for copies of past tax returns and they send them to me right away. If I have questions throughout the year on how I am managing my companies Quickbook's, Matt's team of experts are able to walk me through any situation. I have been with Matt for several years and recommend all my family and friends his way. I have moved out of the area, but will make the drive to see Matt and his team when needed because they are out of this world good. Thank you Matt and Team for all you do!
