Getting your car fixed after an accident and dealing with the insurance can always be a headache, but my experience here was nothing short of awesome. I was referred to Jose and his team at the shop and they took in my 2020 RAV4 after a rear end collision and made it look brand spanking new. My family couldn't even tell that it'd ever been in an accident. Jose and his team were easy to work with and you hope it never happens, but I'd definitely bring a car back to his shop if it needed work.

Just got my Ram crew cab today and it looks like it was never rear ended. The job on the truck is as expected. My review is mainly an appreciation post for Jose Hidalgo. This was my first time ever taking a vehicle into repair through my insurance. Jose at Classic Collision made it super easy to take care of. He dealt with my insurance after dropping it off making it very stress free. Now my Ram is home and ready for the road. Again, thank you Jose for taking care of everything and making already a stressful situation easy.

I visited Classic Collision due to front and rear damage on my 2024 Camry and I cannot emphasize how fantastic Jose and his team are! Having expressed my preference for exclusively OEM replacement parts, my concerns were acknowledged and promptly taken into action! My vehicle was back to me in only four days! On top of that, they washed my car and even took care of the interior! I am so happy with the service here, and if you are considering dropping your car here just know you're in great hands!

As I reflect on things to be grateful for this year, I have to give a huge thank you to Jose Chepe and the amazing team at Classic Collision. After battling with my car insurance over a small fender bender that was evaluated to be a "total loss," Jose was able to help me get my car back and the repairs on my car were undoubtedly top quality service. Took my Honda Pilot for paint repair and Jose and his team did a fantastic job. They really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to perfection. Great reliable and trustworthy shop. I took my 2004 F-250 for repairs after it was stolen and extremely damaged. It needed lots of body work and parts replaced. Jose and his amazing staff were able to restore my truck to its original state in a timely manner. As an added bonus, they repainted it with the original color, metallic midnight blue. My truck is exactly 20 years old and looks like new. I am glad to have found this place and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest business. This was the first time I have ever had to handle fixing my car w insurance after an accident and I am very happy I came to Classic Collision. I took in my Mercedes and had it back within 2 weeks. Jose was extremely helpful and really made this experience so much easier than I anticipated. No one likes to deal w insurance much less shops who make the experience worst for customers. Thankfully that is not the case here and I am very appreciative of their work. Thank you so much Jose!

I have had the best experience ever with Classic Touch at both locations Long Beach and Downey. Evelyn and Jose have been so helpful with everything I need it to get my car fix within two weeks. This is the third time I go to them. They are the best. If you need help and quick service go to them. I will always go back if I need and will refer anyone that needs their car fixed. Love you both.

communication was awful. I kept being told different estimated repair dates by different employees. I would follow up & there was no communication between the employees & they just kept shifting blame onto each other. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental because of how long they took and were not able to provide an estimate of when my car would be repaired; they’d say they finally received a part my car needed them the following week they’d backtrack and say it was delayed and did not receive anything. When I finally got my car back, it was making a loud noise on the side that was not affected because some pieces were placed crooked. I went back, and was told the loud squeaking was normal. I took my car to the dealership where they showed me the frame was not properly installed by this body shop & no other body shop wants to fix it because they’re not the ones that made the huge mess up. This body shop mentioned they got “brand new tires” but the “new tires” were extremely smooth and blew out within 2 weeks. A year later, the paint job they did is now peeling, my tire/fender area is always squeaking, and the tire pressure sensor light is always on because they placed the pieces crooked. I filed a complaint with them through my insurance. They provided an estimate to my insurance and later increased it by 5k only for my car to have issues as a result of their own work. Everything about this place feels fraudulent. I don’t even trust going back to them to fix it & other body shops refuse to fix their mess.Services: Painting

This shop was recommended by someone so I took my car there and they did a very good job on my car they fixed my bumper very nice . And they also took their time to wash my car and clean my carpet. They cleaned my seats and polished the inside of it that was very nice of them .I would highly recommend this place if you ever need a car fixed here’s the place to go.Thank you very much . I was helped by Jose , a very nice man and has great customer service .
