This worker the old one inside at the cash register she doesn’t have any kind of respect or costumer service I guess her name was Miranda all my friends and my family are complaining about how disrespectful she is bc I live right next door and she was so racist to me she start speaking Spanish all of a sudden in the middle of talking . Her service is REALLY BAAAAD ?

The morning Workers on Saturday Nov. 11 are ignorant, stupid, and uneducated. Very unfriendly. Especially the old fat one. The young fat one assumed I speak spanish. Why do they always assume. We are in America. English first, then,if they don't understand, try spanish.

Why are there always breaks being taken??? Are your employees actually working or is there always a work break happening??? I wonder if your employees are committing time fraud??? Are you understaffed that this always seems to be the case???

It's the morning. I come here all the time and every time this lady works in the morning the ATM machines are just not working to put the card in the pump so that you can put gas in the car it's a problemBut in the evening everything works not a problem so inconvenient

Chevron gas station Downey in Downey California 7360 on Florence stealing customer's gas there, I paid for gas I didn't get gas but they got my money no results they're telling me that I got my gas when they wasn't there my car came in on E it left on E I wouldn't recommend Chevron gas to anyone

My credit card was compromised at the pump I called corporate office to complete the advised me to call my credit card company which I had already time before I called them I asked them to have somebody come down and look at the machines they stated that they check the machines every day which I don't believe I do not recommend this gas station and really upset with that customer service from corporate this happen June 7, 2022

Let me start off by saying this is the local gas station in my area I'm a resident of Downey and I like to get back to the local community that I live in but every time I come to this particular gas station you're a cashier Maria always has a horrible attitude so I skip this location to get gas from somewhere else I figured I'd try it again this time but the attitude never changes with her I walk in and she's too busy eating or should I say stuffing her face to even see that I'm in front of her trying to get gas when I draw her attention she moves as a sloth pace towards the cashier this lady seems as if she doesn't like her job he doesn't want to work here after I finish my Transition action I ask her Who is the manager and she says that she is I was really dumbfounded by that so I asked her who's the owner and she said this was a corporate company you would figure with gas prices is highest they are people wouldn't want to come here but I'm still trying to give you guys my business and have to deal with such unprofessional and rudeness out of this lady each time I don't believe she's ever been reprimanded or doesn't believe that she will be but she has horrible customer service and I rather push my car to another gas station then to come back to this one and deal with her

This is where I charge my EV when I don't at home. Has everything a basic Chevron would have. No complaints.
