This is review is strictly for the chase branch on Apollo way in Downey. I've been dealing with chase customer service for 2 days getting the run around and I came into this branch and Maximo actually listened to the issue (which was weird and very rare) and got to the bottom of it and acted. Then Corina stepped in and finished helping. She got customer service and fraud department on the phone and firmly told them to get it fixed. Keep in mind every bank in this area is requiring appointments 10 days out and I did get turned away at another branch. I wish all experiences with banks were like the experience with Maximo and Corina. 10/10 customer service and I'll be doing my banking at this small branch from now on.

this spot is still horrible ii havent came since my last review but ii jjst happen to be around here regret is what ii have now still so slow still 1 atm in a plaza thats a great idea whoever thought of it NOT fix your issues

I came to this bank because I wanted to open a student account for my son. I went early in the morning and there was no wait time. The Branch Manager help us and he took his time explaining everything to us. He was the nicest and he even helped my son upload the app on his phone. I recommend this bank because it was a great experience!!

Horrible service. I walked in, checked in with the Branch Manager at the window who asked me to sign in and one of the associates would help me. I signed in and waited 30 mins, while both associates clearly just sat in an office and flirted. Not once did they look into the waiting area to see if someone needed help. I went on my 45 minute break, so beyond irritated.

It's an okay bank with decent location, but can you guys like add another atm in the front after hours?!?! It's ridiculous to wait 30 minutes to do one transaction that only takes a minute. It's pretty irritating and I would rather drive another 10 minutes to Downey or Norwalk to at least not have to wait so long.

Amazing customer service. I was researching different banks to see what was the best option and Stephanie made me feel so welcomed and also provided answers to all my questions plus additional information. Very happy with this branch and happy I signed up for an account here.

This is the worst chase I've ever been to. Unfortunately we started coming here because it's more convenient for the company. I rather drive an extra mile to the next chase branch and avoid the constant bull shit. But we're stuck here. This branch is a fucken joke. The manager is a bossy and moody bitch. If you don't call for change she goes off on you. If you do call no one answers the phone. She'll be full of excuses. It's not my job to inform you when we're coming in to make any transaction.Most of the time they look at you crazy when you interrupt their conversation. It's rare if you get acknowledge. So just avoid this place and go down the street. Lakewood and Rosecrans gives better service. Avoid all the bull shit if you can. The only positive thing is you can withdraw more than $300 out of the atms after hrs.

Being in the service industry has taught me to respect my clients time. Having made an appointment with the business banker at this branch, I would have expected them to extend me the same courtesy. Apparently Chase and it's employees don't value me as a client. Needless to save I will not be returning to this bank.

This review is solely for the superior customer service I got from Alma. Everyone else is whatever. The greeters are usually not that bad but the ones that were there that day were rude and looked more forced about greeting people. Anyways! Prior to our visit yesterday, I came in to open up a joint account with my husband and a new credit card for me. There were some issues about my information since some of my accounts still hold my maiden name. So the previous employee who helped us couldn't even figure it out, but yesterday, a few months later we come in and now we get Alma. She literally had a solution for everything. Very informative and helpful. We also came in 40 minutes before they close since it was the only day off my husband got and I just got out of my shift so we had to rush here. But Alma was still in a jolly mood and didn't mind staying a little later. We walked out beyond satisfied, and got what we needed done.

I went with my girlfriend so she can open an account and the Personal Banker, Stephanie, was so helpful. All the staff were very attentive and answered all your questions.
