Note to everyone - don't come in during lunch rush if you need to see a teller. The line got LONG and only had 2 tellers. But as someone else was going to each person asking what they needed, some would leave the line to just use the ATMs inside. Parking is okay but could get more crowded. As stated, could be better.

Not able to contact anyone at this branch, they don't answer the phone. All calls are answered all the way from India and l hate so much to give my personal information to foreigners. I am waiting for someone to be able to help me for around one hour and finally a nice gentleman called Josue, from Florida, was trying to help me and he transferred the call to a supervisor to be able to file the complaint ( as l requested) about the service and the branch service to the customers. My question is: why this supervisor was able to communicate with this branch (Paramount and Florence) and we can not?.......

Worst chase! ATMs never work and there's always one cashier helping a long line of customers! Like I get it, everything is robotic assistance but seriously? Like can you bring tellers back???

I received great customer service from a teller named Richard this morning. He was very patient and helpful in handling a difficult situation with my bank account and made me feel at ease. Customer service like this makes an establishment that much better, and reliable.

Horrible customer service at this location every single time. I came in on 1/22/22 as soon as they opened because I had called earlier in the week to make sure walk-ins were okay. No one came over to ask which okay that's fine, made my way over to a personal banker to ask who I could speak to about adding someone to an existing account. She couldn't even bother to make eye contact but sure made it known that they only do appointments and are booked. I explained to her I had called earlier in the week and was told walk-ins were okay her answer was "no, you must be wrong" Okay so I asked if there was anyway to or if they had any cancellations so I could speak to someone. Her response was you can wait if you want, decided to since I was already there, second personal banker came asking if we needed help, explained the situation and to my surprise got the same type of attitude. Sat there for about an hour and watched as 3 personal bankers just sat at there cubicles with no customers. Way to go guys way to earn your money and show that great customer service.

Worse banking experience. This bank company allows fraud to be accepted on my account. I'm in the middle of a dispute and their "investigation team" denies my proof of returns through a company "Hydomate/Shopify" and allowing "Hydromate/Shopify" to get away with giving Chase bank falsified documents. Again I'm denied on my dispute after showing proof to their incompetent "Investigation Team". Chase Bank allows fraud to be accepted onto my account. Beware of this bank company. I won't take this down until my dispute is settled and paid extra for the 3-4 of inconvenience and headaches of calling every 4-5 days to get denied of my claim.

I came in early to open a high school checking account for my daughter .. we waited over an 1 hour for someone to help us. I saw taller just standing around and not offering to help. Will never go back this location

Horrible. Their customer service is just horrible. Went to open a business account. Signed in and had a seat. Literally no one said a word to me. I waited over 25 minutes before walking out. Wouldn't have been an issue waiting if someone would have greeted me and let me know what I was waiting on. I can't believe how lazy they were.

I'm beyond upset with the service from the tellers at this bank. This has happened 3 times. I go and deposit several checks once a month for some rentals. On Friday I deposited into 4 different accounts and one of my deposits is not showing the tellers are sneaky and they cash the checks and keep the money.

There isn't much to judge a bank with unless you have to wait a lot ..bad customer service..bad parking..scammers ..any or those things but this chase is neither or those so they're in the safe zone. Now, with that said..I've read the reviews and see people say the opposite..thats fine..my experience has been thr total opposite..then again I dony bank in..i know how to use a ATM...The location is ok. Theres a man there who's always selling snacks outside ..never Harrasses you or anything ..too many non disabled placard people park in the blue zone so that's bad..theres not much more to judge so let's give it 4 stars

So I needed change (laundry day haha). Entered the location and was greeted right away. Waited in line, as line formed they didn't ignore the people (like BOA does) in line and opened another line. My teller was Ruby, and only was she helpful to me who is a not a Chase client, but also gave me a couple of the paper change holders (Wells Fargo said they couldn't change my dollars to coins cause I am not a client of theirs). I recommend this branch. If you go ask for Ruby, she's really cool.

ALL BAD!.. No customer service, no greeters, no one to ask a question is around. Then when you eventually talk to someone they look in the monitor like they are seeing the stars, they don't say a word you feel like am I being helped?!.. Manager sucks, she was no help at all... Waste of my time coming here.

Horrible customer service I was there to open a new business account on 9/21/17 I was told to sign in and wait and waited for over 40 min then I was told that the person that opens new accounts unavailable to see me that she had an appointment so why did they make me wait for 40 min that is ridiculous no wonder why they put machines to do human work cuz they are all lazy.
