Yesterday I came in to renegotiate my son’s court appointed cd. I was trying to hear my options as we had put it on a 5yr when he was younger. Since he will turn 18y/o in November. The branch manager Connie was extremely unprofessional and didn’t get all the facts and right away was telling me that she needs to see a court document. Needless to say I was not helped and I reached out to my husband who let me know that we don’t need a court document. So being outside the bank still I went back inside. I began speaking to her with him on speaker and once he asked her a question she said that she will not discuss anything with him over the phone. That she had an open schedule and he could come talk to her in person. I informed her that he was out of town for business. She said well I can’t do anything with out a court document. Minutes later she called me and left a voicemail stating that we didn’t need a court document to change it to month to month ? Then called my husband stating that I miss heard her. Excuse me! I have been with Chase since Washington Mutual days and I was so taken back by the lack of professionalism. Being in her position she should know policy and her lack of knowledge is a mirrored affect of poor training tactics. Do better Chase as this situation is making me rethink who I want to bank with.

Great customer service, they value time a lot , they're such a great team . I came 3 days ago and met Connie she's the branch manager, I explained the problem I'm having at that time and she was very welcoming and super nice know how to talk to people she took her time to start working on the problem & Ana helped a lot , they are the best people ever, thank you so much you guys

Horrible unprofessional service by representative, Connie. Don't know if she was having a bad day, but there was no need for her to call me a liar especially when she dismissed my response to her initial question. Very rude and demanding on her behalf. No need for the attack. Need to hire better branch managers that will listen instead of accuse and make false allegations.

I went to use the ATM inside of Chase Bank. It's been years since I used it, I asked my brother to help me and he did. He said the next time that I use it the more easier it will be for me. I'm so glad that they have ATM's outside of the bank as well as inside of the bank for convenience and savings time.

How does Chase get off closing at 5 PM?? If anything they should have extended the hours during COVID not reduce them.. Very unacceptable!

I had the best banking experience with Chase bank off of Lakewood in Downey. I'm not sure if you know this but you have to make all your appointments online prior to going to the bank. The day before I irresponsibly missed my appointment not knowing that I would be stuck at the DMV all day . On a prayer I popped into this one. Immediately I saw ruben walking to his desk and I asked him please help me. He told me you have to have an online appointment I said I don't have one but I need to take care of this today. Thank God the person that he had Scheduled appointment with was 12 minutes late. He was able to help me and I'm so grateful. He explained everything to me perfectly and I was really happy with the service that he provided me . Thanks Ruben Hernandez keep up the great work!

Had a GREAT experience at this location! We were helped by a lovely lady with the initials F.V. She was helpful, kind, and patient. It's hard to go places with my elderly parents but she made it a breeze. All the other staff was great too!

Went to this branch today to open up a Savings account for my daughter and Felice was great. She got the account open and have a wonderful and loving conversation with my 4 year old. Then the Supervisor Connie came over and joined in on the conversation and made my daughter feel ever special. As we were leaving my daughter said “mommy that lady was really nice..I really like her and I can tell she loves me. We have to come see her more. She made my day”
