Note to everyone - don't come in during lunch rush if you need to see a teller. The line got LONG and only had 2 tellers. But as someone else was going to each person asking what they needed, some would leave the line to just use the ATMs inside. Parking is okay but could get more crowded. As stated, could be better.

This chase bank has horrible customer support !!! They never pick up their phone calls and when you go in person, they don’t even try to help you! Waste of time the manager which is a woman should get fired

Zero for the Downey CHASE branch on Florence/Paramount! Their customer service is either atrocious or non-existent; and their banking practices are lacking, dishonest, and unfriendly. Ironically, their "relationship banker" LIZ GONZALEZ is cheeky, untrustworthy, and a time-waster. This was the worst experience of our lives!! My daughter (UCLA Student) left crying and without opening up her College Checking Account because LIZ GONZALEZ thought she was a Chase CEO instead of a banker. As the meeting progressed, it was becoming increasingly difficult to give LIZ GONZALEZ any personal information because her diction, attitude, and behavior were dubious and antagonistic. To make matters worse, her SUPERVISOR was no different (birds of a feather). BANKING 101: Trust is central to a bank's success. Ultimately, "relationship banker" LIZ GONZALEZ and her SUPERVISOR demonstrated that they are only capable of sarcasm, open hostility, and deceit. Save yourself a headache and your money by finding a different bank. As for us, the CHASE blue octagon icon is now synonymous with an ***hole!

Long lines, only two tellers on the window and no bankers with cash boxes offered ro help.. not the problem of the staff but terrible planning overall.

Not able to contact anyone at this branch, they don't answer the phone. All calls are answered all the way from India and l hate so much to give my personal information to foreigners. I am waiting for someone to be able to help me for around one hour and finally a nice gentleman called Josue, from Florida, was trying to help me and he transferred the call to a supervisor to be able to file the complaint ( as l requested) about the service and the branch service to the customers. My question is: why this supervisor was able to communicate with this branch (Paramount and Florence) and we can not?.......

Worst chase! ATMs never work and there's always one cashier helping a long line of customers! Like I get it, everything is robotic assistance but seriously? Like can you bring tellers back???

I received great customer service from a teller named Richard this morning. He was very patient and helpful in handling a difficult situation with my bank account and made me feel at ease. Customer service like this makes an establishment that much better, and reliable.

Bank teller kalem had a 10/10 customer service. this is why I came back all the way from Bell ujust to this bank because this Bank always takes care of me but today I must say she really went above and beyond thank you

Horrible customer service at this location every single time. I came in on 1/22/22 as soon as they opened because I had called earlier in the week to make sure walk-ins were okay. No one came over to ask which okay that's fine, made my way over to a personal banker to ask who I could speak to about adding someone to an existing account. She couldn't even bother to make eye contact but sure made it known that they only do appointments and are booked. I explained to her I had called earlier in the week and was told walk-ins were okay her answer was "no, you must be wrong" Okay so I asked if there was anyway to or if they had any cancellations so I could speak to someone. Her response was you can wait if you want, decided to since I was already there, second personal banker came asking if we needed help, explained the situation and to my surprise got the same type of attitude. Sat there for about an hour and watched as 3 personal bankers just sat at there cubicles with no customers. Way to go guys way to earn your money and show that great customer service.

Worse banking experience. This bank company allows fraud to be accepted on my account. I'm in the middle of a dispute and their "investigation team" denies my proof of returns through a company "Hydomate/Shopify" and allowing "Hydromate/Shopify" to get away with giving Chase bank falsified documents. Again I'm denied on my dispute after showing proof to their incompetent "Investigation Team". Chase Bank allows fraud to be accepted onto my account. Beware of this bank company. I won't take this down until my dispute is settled and paid extra for the 3-4 of inconvenience and headaches of calling every 4-5 days to get denied of my claim.
