I don’t feel warm welcome from the associate her name is Nadine. Rude unprofessional I don’t feel comfortable to go back there. I’ve been a customer from Chase more than 10 years. This is the first time to have a really bad experience.

Do not any of their outside ATM’s. Bank manager is so lazy they don’t even bother to regularly maintain the ATM’s. They’re never working and twice my checks got stuck in the machine.

Avoid this place. They have 4 people doing greeting and 2 people at the window as tellers. 20 people in line. I don't understand this math at all. Why can't someone else help. They have more tellers but they are in the back. I legit seen them close there windows and go to back room with a HUGE LINE

Worst Customer service experience I’ve had with Chase. Did not get her name but it was an older Caucasian woman who helped me this afternoon and her demeanor was simply rude and presumptuous.

Good banking when the systems r up. They had an outage Wednesday 7/26/23, ALL DAY. Set me back with my business, but I persevered.

My father and I came in yesterday around 1pm and we went to this teller who was working on the farthest right (I wished I took her name) but she was damn bitchy about our transaction. She was like "oh but you need your fathers' pin card because that's the primary identification " and not him in person with his valid CA ID. She did not provide solution rather it was important for her to outline the wrong. Poor communication and no acknowledgment of the customer's concerns. She HAD to be right. We are going to close our account soon with this chase bank. This is one of the worst bank centers I've been to. There's no help here. Really bad customer service. The tellers will benefit from taking some customer service training. Disappointing.

I opened an dba account back in May 2021 in this branch. This year I have had so much trouble with wires transfers and checks I'm paying out. Who ever the chase rep that set up and opened my account didn't scan and upload my fictitious business name or EIN document in their system. They just verified by looking at my hard copy...and this resulted in my dba not having proof documentation and keeps reversing my wire transfers. I have been on the phone with them 30 times today with different responses. If chase hires people with inadequate procedures they should not be a reliable bank. Definitely moving banks this was the worst bank experience I have had especially with business. BEWARE

It is a place where I feel decried because I have been working for a company for years and making a deposit at my own expense but because I have Mexican teeth the manager doesn't care and her employees are very rude and when they come in and look at me they notice me manager who has already gone elsewhere are very racist I will not eat anything from that place when I have gone to other banks and they have no problem they are supposed to be professionals Perón most rudely decriminalized I felt for my raises

I am not a Chase customer, but I was instructed to drop off my final Car Lease payment to any Chase branch location, this just so happened to be the closest to my home. Wasted 45 minutes in line, and another 15 minutes of the teller who couldn't figure out how to accept the payment. Finally she tells me the Banker told her she can't accept and if I want I can wait to speak with the Banker. I had already asked the check in lady if I was in the right line to process this final payment and she said yes. Now an hour of my time is wasted and I didn't have more time to speak with the Banker because I have to pick up my son from school. This is RIDICULOUS. It's ridiculous that I can't submit this payment online in the first place, and even more so that this Chase branch is so understaffed they have customers waiting for hours and then turn them away because they can't figure it out. Would give zero stars if I could.

Worse banking experience. This bank company allows fraud to be accepted on my account. I'm in the middle of a dispute and their "investigation team" denies my proof of returns through a company "Hydomate/Shopify" and allowing "Hydromate/Shopify" to get away with giving Chase bank falsified documents.Again I'm denied on my dispute after showing proof to their incompetent "Investigation Team".Chase Bank allows fraud to be accepted onto my account.Beware of this bank company.I won't take this down until my dispute is settled and paid extra for the 3-4 of inconvenience and headaches of calling every 4-5 days to get denied of my claim.

I had a phone meeting with Kevin Lizama at 1pm. I did not receive a phone call nor did he answer when I called him. What is the point of going through the process of scheduling time out of both of our days when they can't make it to a simple phone meeting?
