My father and I came in yesterday around 1pm and we went to this teller who was working on the farthest right (I wished I took her name) but she was damn bitchy about our transaction. She was like "oh but you need your fathers' pin card because that's the primary identification " and not him in person with his valid CA ID. She did not provide solution rather it was important for her to outline the wrong. Poor communication and no acknowledgment of the customer's concerns. She HAD to be right. We are going to close our account soon with this chase bank. This is one of the worst bank centers I've been to. There's no help here. Really bad customer service. The tellers will benefit from taking some customer service training. Disappointing.

I am not a Chase customer, but I was instructed to drop off my final Car Lease payment to any Chase branch location, this just so happened to be the closest to my home. Wasted 45 minutes in line, and another 15 minutes of the teller who couldn't figure out how to accept the payment. Finally she tells me the Banker told her she can't accept and if I want I can wait to speak with the Banker. I had already asked the check in lady if I was in the right line to process this final payment and she said yes. Now an hour of my time is wasted and I didn't have more time to speak with the Banker because I have to pick up my son from school. This is RIDICULOUS. It's ridiculous that I can't submit this payment online in the first place, and even more so that this Chase branch is so understaffed they have customers waiting for hours and then turn them away because they can't figure it out. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had a phone meeting with Kevin Lizama at 1pm. I did not receive a phone call nor did he answer when I called him. What is the point of going through the process of scheduling time out of both of our days when they can't make it to a simple phone meeting?

Scheduled two appointments with these clowns online and no one calls me. I should mention names but I'm not going to do that. I'm sure there are better people qualified to have heir jobs, especially during a time like this.

Needed to transfer funds to another bank and was told Chase can't do that? Went to another branch and was told about Zelle which was associated with my Chase account. Was able to transfer money at no cost. The teller at this branch didn't want to help me or suggest options where the teller at the Norwalk location went above and beyond!! If your not willing to give "Great Customer Service" maybe it's time for a new profession.

Georgina was more than helpful. Her friendly and warm attitude made my experience at the bank one of the best. I walked in, was greeted and instantly helped by her. She went above and beyond in her service. If you're reading this and her manager, please give her a raise. Now. I can confidently say she's the best banker at chase. Now my go to and only banker. Thanks Georgina.

Ruth is AWESOME!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE, great smile and made me feel welcome. Additionally, she made my credit application a breeze and made me feel comfortable in my decision. WAY TO GO! Chase needs more employees like Ruth.

I've been dropping my checks in Chase since I was 16 years old-- that's 14 years of loyalty. I am a low maintenance customer and rarely come in anything. Plus even more so since I am a new mom and have zero time. I haven't stepped into a chase bank in forever but the one time I actually need something in the past 14 years-- they couldn't make one minor waiver on my cashier check today. The bank teller, Beverly Lemus, who assisted me never once smiled or asked how I was doing. That's fine- I'm here for business too, I came to get a cashiers check. I asked her if she could waive the cashiers check, and she said, "Why? You paid it last time." Literally what she said. Ignorant statement. So what if I did? I'm running tight on money now and I even told her I was pulling money for my home and that every dollar counts. Not only can she not process the transaction quickly, but she couldn't find a manager. So more of my time is wasted, then the manager finally comes- Nadine, tells me that she can't waive the $8 because they are being closely monitored and regulated. Also, supposedly it's a consistency problem. I've been in customer service for 3 years where I dealt with stock market news and closely regulated information. Sounds to me that Nadine doesn't want to get in trouble for helping me out. Such poor customer service. She even told me I need to upgrade my account if I want free services. I just told her I'd close my account and go to Wells Fargo. There, I know they don't charge for cashiers check because my friend had done one and told me they were free for the amount of money that I had in the bank. Even after telling the manager Nadine that I was closing my account- she didn't even bother to say anything else. She had no care at all. Like, really? If they're gonna treat me like that after how long I've been there, then it's time to move on. Alright, I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere, Chase. Obviously, Chase doesn't care about the people helping them make money. I urge you all to avoid this branch. Actually better yet-- close your accounts with Chase and find a bank that will WORK FOR YOU.
