HORRIBLE TELEPHONE EXPERIENCE 12-5-2023We are a three Jeep family. Vehicles include a Grand Cherokee Laredo, a Wrangler and a Patriot. No major problems with our small "fleet". I drive a little Mercedes roadster. But we all love the Jeeps. I was thinking of purchasing a new Cherokee and getting rid of the Patriot. I saw a few ads from Champion Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge et al. I called and pressed the buttons as requested to reach New Car Sales, but no one answered. I hung up and tried again asking for the Sales Manager. Again it just kept ringing. I hung up again and tried to reach a General Manager which never happened and I called back again and talked to Brenda who apologized as I explained I couldn't do business with a company that had such horrible phone service. Brenda was quite defensive (which I understand fully from a faithful employee) but I won't do business with this dealership. She stated this was a great place to buy and service Jeeps but if I can't get through to someone on the telephone I won't do business here. The Yelp reviews show a 2 star rating...not good. I should have looked at Yelp first. My advice; go somewhere else, and check their ratings on Yelp. And filter those ratings by the lowest ratings first. That's where you'll see the worst problems with this dealership.

Walked in to look at cars because my lease was expiring soon. Looked at a few options and couldn't agree on pricing so we told the sales rep that we would be shopping around and would let them know. I specifically told them that they did not have permission to run my credit. I was assured that they would not. We left the dealership without deciding. The next day, I was alerted by Experian that there was an inquiry on my credit report. In addition, finance department numbers did not make any sense. No one there could thoroughly explain the numbers they showed us. Do not recommend and will definitely not be coming back.

I bought a 2024 Jeep Sahara on September 22, 2023. It broke down on October 19, 2023. I have been in a rental ever since, with no confirmed date when I would receive a new transmission. That's right my 2024 Jeep needs a new transmission! They don't answer my phone calls anymore when I call to get an update. They don't even answer my calls when I get messages from Hertz saying my rental needs to be renewed. They just listen to their voice-mail and have Rudy in the service center update the rental. Rudy is the only decent human being at that dealership. I would steer clear from doing any business at Champion Dodge. The manufacturer (FCA) is just as bad. Once they open a case number for you, they don't return your calls and they have an automated voice message connected to your phone number connected to your account. So when you call for an update, you never get a live person again unless you start calling from different numbers.

I took my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee for service, there was light on with the letter A, i checked the book and found out that the car needed service for the start button, I left it there and in the afternoon the technician called me to tell me that the problem with the car was the engine and it was going to cost me between $4000 and $8000 and kept telling me that the car over heated and I kept telling him that he was wrong that I never had any problems . when I heard that I told him not to touch my car, I went to pick it up and they charged me $240 for doing nothing. When I opened the hood nothing was done to the car and took it to regular mechanic and in front of me he opened the cap where the coolant goes and it was empty, I don't even want to think they did it on purpose so my car would overheat. I always take my car to do service there and pay a lot of money and they don't even check if it needs anything. This is not the only time I had a bad experience there, in March the radio was saying it needed an update and to take it to the dealer I did and they burn my radio and wanted me to pay $1800 for a radio they had broke and that my car also needed a air conditioner compresor and had to pay $1500 because it had a leak. I called Jeep corporate and of course the made champions Jeep to order a new one and replaced for free. To the air conditioning they left some parts loose and my friend that is a mechanic fix it and it's still working very good. The employees There are rude, they have very bad customer service and they are thieves, just trying to steal your money every time you go there. I will never go to that dealer again and I decided to write this review because I don't want anybody going through the same awful experience I had.Thank you!

The worst experience I have ever had, I brought my vehicle because my car's battery was discharged and when power was applied it was deprogrammed and I needed the codes to be reset, and my worst mistake was telling the service advisor that it had an extended warranty, well, since The dealer will not have the same profits as if I had to pay the cost out of my own pocket.This is where the nightmare began, since they took more than a month supposedly looking for the problem but at the time I didn't care because the extended warranty covered the car. rent, but it got to the point that I became desperate and contacted Dodge directly, for this Dodge contacted the dealer to ask for answers and when they were pressured that was where they did their tricks since they disconnected the modules so that the computer made an erroneous reading and Then they blamed the installation of a dash cam that I had professionally installed at BestBuy 2 years ago and when I demanded to see my vehicle, they disconnected the cables from the dash cam to, according to them, show me that that was the problem and thus deny me. warranty coverage. In the end I ended up paying more than 1700 dollars but I didn't care because I wanted to end that nightmare and have my vehicle back. And to my surprise, when they delivered my vehicle, it looked like a street mechanic had worked on it.It was disgusting, the seats were all stained, all my belongings were scattered in the trunk as if it were garbage, and if that wasn't enough, they made a dent in the roof pillar. I will never come back to this crooked dealer.JUST FOR THE RECORD, WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A CERTIFIED SHOP FOR REPAIRS OR UPGRADES IT SHOULD NOT VOID YOUR WARRANTIES. But this dealer had the audacity to deny coverage base on an upgrade professionally installed.I attach some pictures of a damage they did to my vehicle and how dirty they perform the repairs, please be careful with the diagnostics they give you, and make sure you check your vehicle around so there are no extra damages to it because the “technicians” have very poor work ethics

They booted my radio. When I went to pick up my truck I asked them about the screen, they said it was like that when they turned the truck back on. So I asked what I'm supposed to do about it, the guy literally shrugged. Obviously, they should have USBs with the uconnect files on hand because they sell the cars. It wouldn't have cost them anything. ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS WORKING WHEN I TOOK IT IN. So now I'm getting in contact with uconnect see if I can get the files I need from them to reinstall in my truck. Honestly, I'm probably just gonna get a lemon law lawyer cause I've had a lot of problems with the truck I've barely had 2 years. Thats not the dealerships fault but messing up the radio and not making it right definitely is.

I want to give a big thank you to Jose Valenzuela for keeping me up to date with my car. I can be very persistent and he still kept it professional and was very understanding. He explained in detail what was wrong with my car and pricing. He was able to get me into a rental and that is highly appreciated. The girls answering the calls are also very helpful I wish I could've got their names but they are all very jolly and nice. Thank you

Schedule an appointment at 12 o’clock for maintenance on Monday The representative was not there. He was out on lunch. Did not receive an update until I had called on Wednesday and was informed that they were just going to run a diagnostic after them realizing that the battery needed to be replaced. They had tried to sell me a battery for $600 mind you the battery needed for a jeep trail. Hawk runs about 150-175After them just replacing the battery they wanted to charge $263 for according to them the diagnostic and the labor.After we had explain to them that every time we place a new battery, the engine light disappears until we drive it 10 to 20 miles. They refused to run any further test and did not wanna guarantee me that if the engine light were to turn on within the next day or two that I would not have to pay for another diagnostic.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I am honestly so disappointed in this dealership. Their lack of communication and their response rate is the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 vehicles on the 27th of last month and they still have not paid off the vehicle I traded in (I also left a deposit). Their excuse? They had not received insurance information WHICH I PROVIDED THE DAY OF PURCHASE. I have the copy that stated I did; why else would they release the vehicle to me if I hadn't? Also, I was lied to the day of purchase. They said I was approved with one bank, and 2 weeks later I received a letter from said bank stating I was denied. The next couple days pass by and I received a DocuSign from a completely different bank, and when I call Champion to see what is going on, they said they never told me I was approved with the first bank, and the financing will be done with another bank. I have requested multiple call backs from Jesus (Sales person) and from Edgar (Financing department), and I have yet to hear back. I am also waiting for their service department to call me back due to cosmetics on one of the vehicles that was not there when I saw the vehicle a couple hours prior. Jesus was notified before we left with the vehicles, and I made sure he provided me with a due bill (Still had to wait till the next day to get it). I have followed up multiple times and still nothing. I LOVE my new Jeep, but I wish I would have gone to a different dealership.

DONT COME HERE !!The sales person that helped us was great very nice we purchased two VehiclesWe definitely made her day but worst experience your basically trash to this place after they have you tied up every man in the front desk are to busy with there coffee mug or cell phone to attend you and to top it off they give you attitude if you interrupt them I mean I didn’t come and ask for nothing for free even to explain something they are freaking snobs please people I don’t ever write reviews it’s a waste of time for me but this time I sincerely had to take my time to say please listen to the bad reviews here they are 99% legit.

If you're planning on purchasing a vehicle here WATCH OUT DONT!!!!! I've only had the vehicle for 4 MonthsThey will give you the best service at the beginning and once they get the deal done you will only get UNPLEASANT customer service, everyone will give you the run around when as a paying customer you ask for help or have any questions they will never follow up They don't take the time to explain and will give you the most DISGUSTING ATTITUDE when you have questions about your Contract.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new Pacifica Hybrid at Champion Chrysler. The entire expereince was good starting with our initial phone call to Judy who was very prompt and searched their inventory and confirmed they had the vehicle with our desired specs and indeed they did. This was a very different experience than some of the other dealerships that indicated they had a car with our specs and then to find out that they were trying to get us in the door to sell us something else. Judy assigned us to Jesus as the salesperson. Jesus is soft spoken, knowledgeable and was patient throughout the process. He was excellent and it was a pleasure working with him. The purchasing experience for the paperwork with Mysels was also smooth. The dealership has a large nice area to wait while they get the car ready which we also liked. Overall, this was a great purchase experience.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE.I brought my Jeep here for a diagnostic after my check engine light turned on. The person who took my vehicle said it will only take “24- 48 hours” to see what’s wrong with the vehicle. After 6 DAYS they finally told me that it had a cylinder misfire. I paid $265.00 for somebody to connect a OBD scanner that any mechanic would have done in 5 minutes. DO NOT bring your car here for service it is a huge waste of time and money.

After 16 years and for over a decade of not having to worry about paying a car note, time has come I needed to replace my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. But I dreaded the thought of going through the process - the angst of looking for that one that talks to you, the monthly payments, and oh yes, dealing with car salespeople! I received a lot of emails from several dealerships I visited online but one called me and that was Jocelyn. That Friday I decided to visit the dealership after work to checkout and browse their inventory. Unfortunately Jocelyn was already gone for the day. The following morning, Saturday, I had 4 missed calls from Jocelyn. I called her back and made an appointment that same day.We got to the dealership and was initially disappointed as Jocelyn was not available. Adriana attended to us instead. It was a great experience I must say! Adriana was not pushy at all and was accommodating. I told her what I was looking for - including trade-in options, CPO vs brand new, the model, the monthly payment I was willing to make and many others. Adriana was God sent! I didn't feel pressured at all. Even with Finance for the signing of the paperwork, it was seamless! The whole experience was not what I expected. I drove away that Saturday happy with my brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. Thanks and kodus to Adriana! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great deal and hassle-free car-buying experience! Ask for Adriana.
