Extremely poor after sales service. Bought a Chrysler Pacifica and the Transmission broke down after a few months. Prior to that issues with the charger. The dealership doesn't even provide a courtesy vehicle and keeps the vehicle for months saying manufacturer doesn't send parts on time. Will never purchase a vehicle from here again. So much of inconvenience caused. The service Manager never answers his phone and never bothers to return a call, I still haven't received the vehicle.

Went to look at a car that was advertised online. While there, was given the car fax report for the vehicle we were looking at. It said minor damage to the rear of the vehicle. We were unable to put the top down on the car. It was obvious there was damage. The top was hitting a bar that it should've cleared by an inch. Car fax was incorrect. I'm not certain I would trust anything this dealership says about vehicles on their lots.

I needed a washer for an oil pan drain bolt. Most of these washers are aluminum crush type or some type of hard rubber to seal the bolt when tightened on the pan. I called the parts department and was inquiring about this part. Older middle-aged sounding mexican/hispanic man was rude and not in the least helpful in answering my questions. This washer was quoted as being $30.00????? I found the entire bolt and washer at a local auto parts store for $11.00. Watch out Dodge, your vehicle dependability is less then stellar according to consumer reports,so selling quality parts at a decent price maybe the thing that keeps you in business.

Worst phone service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve called them over 4 times today and each time they tell me the service advisor is busy and will call me back only to let hours go by without even a small notice…..Congratulations you’ve lost a customer!!!

I've taken my 2020 Jeep Gladiator to this dealership for service for the past year or so now. Never really had an issue or anything to complain about up until a few months ago, and then again today (6-28-24). I noticed water leaking in from the back window of my truck and told one of the service advisors about the problem. He told me he would check to see if it was covered and could be replaced without charge. It's been nearly 9mos now and still no word back. Today at 8:15am we had an appointment for service. Afterwards we drove it home and parked it. About an hour or so later we drive to the store and the engine light had come on. I immediately called the service department and the operator transferred me to a service advisor. Low and behold no one picked up. Shocker! I left a message asking for someone to return my call. I call again 8hrs later and explain to the operator that I still hadn't received a call from anyone and that it was very unprofessional of them. The engine light still remains on the dashboard and I plan on paying them a visit tomorrow morning. On a side note, when we went to the appointment this morning, we saw a lot of service desks with computers manned by employees all having a laugh and doing everything but working. Amazing. At $160.00 for oil service, I expect someone to return my call.

Wow... I would give zero stars if I could. Two weeks ago, I spent 45 mins searching for a dealership that could service my Jeep for a safety recall on a Saturday. Eventually I found this dealership that allowed me to schedule a maintenance appointment on a Saturday. Although this location was over an hour away from my house, I desperately needed it to be a Saturday due to my work schedule. I received the confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed for Saturday at 1000. After making the hour + trip, I arrived 15 mins early to check in. The clerk working the check in desk asked if I was dropping it off and the earliest I could pick up was Tuesday. I told him, "No, I have an appointment at 1000." He then proceeded to explain that they don't have service technicians on Saturday and it was a glitch in the online system. The best he could do was have the Jeep worked on Tues. His unsympathetic attitude towards my situation and his self-admitted flaws in their online appointment system was more frustrating than the three hours I wasted today.
Jeep- do better. Quit wasting people's time. Don't confirm an appointment you can't complete. My car remains unsafe because of your negligence.

Avoid this place like the plague! Brought my Durango in for repair for a second time, trusting that it would be in good hands. It's the dealer, who would know my car better than them, right? Both times, my vehicle has spent close to three months in there. After my first repair, engine started making a noise, was told it was nothing big. Of course, the problem persisted. Engine failed. Took it back, assuming they would take care of it under their own repair warranty. Since then, all I've been given is the run around every time I have called in for a repair. I am still without my vehicle. I am beyond unsatisfied with their service, can't even get a call back from them for a simple update on my vehicle. Follow my advice and take your business elsewhere!!

Terrible service. Took my car in for an easy parts fix. They said the car would be ready the next day. Called the next day and no update. Another day goes by and no update. Finally I call again on the third day (Saturday) and they say they can't give an update until the technician comes back Monday. Basically they have done nothing to fix my car and it's just sitting there.
