Worst oil change experience ever.. they put in wrong oil even after I gave them my window sticker and said I wanted conventional not synthetic .. they could not read a dipstick and level was over filled twice after I checked them.. (even after they drained it the first time and lied) I wasted my whole Saturday 9:45 -2:30 getting my damn oil changed.. yea they changed out a tire pressure sensor but seriously.. that should have taken 15 minutes and when my truck was parked over there for about an hour I had to go over there and yell at the guys who were messing around that the need to get going. I have a meeting.. then they said they were almost done and I watched them put my wheel on.. wow. Yep I got a discount but my time on a Saturday for 5 hours is worth more than 75 bucks.. if you go there check your dipstick.. oh yea they are #1 in 2023 and ASE certified and all that but it really doesn’t matter when your motor blows a seal in the middle of the desert. I have never had an issue before.. usually this service takes about 10-15 minutes at Premium line in Pendleton Oregon..

Total scam! I bought my car from the dealership and I got it serviced here I got my AC and my heater checked out they messed up one of my vents and they disconnected the heater, which helps with my hypothermia. I have had a couple of panic attacks due to this.Once I got my new stickers in from DMV. they said they couldn't find it in the "new system" and I would have to pay $250 again to get it seen!!! Absolutely absurd. An alert for all the people who get services here!!don't believe when they say services come with warranties. they will tell you they can't find it in the system and try to charge you again. I ALSO GOT MY VALENTINO GLASSES STOLEN HERE, management did nothing to help find culprit.

A bit on the expensive side compared to jiffy lube but less than the dealer and you get a free carwash. If you own a VW or BMW, this is the oil brand to use

Fast service. The oil change and inspection took 20 mins. And then the car wash was another 20 mins. Excellent experience.

Walked in on a Saturday at noon. When I called ahead, I told him I wanted a full sythetic oil change, and was told it would take about 20 minutes. With the few people ahead of me, it took an hour for my Full Synthetic Oil Change.
I got there and filled out paper work, but there was no option to put what I wanted (except for the extras). When I saw they pulled up my car and opened the hood, I went out to tell them I wanted Full Synthetic since he hadn't asked. That's the only thing that had made me nervous.
The wait was nice. There was water, WiFi, snacks, A/C, Magazines, Phone Charger, and Pre-Chosen stuff on TV in their waiting room.
They notified me over the phone that first time customers got a free full service car wash (though I'd already seen it on Yelp).
When the oil change was finished, they sent me to the car wash area to pay. Then I waited for my car to finish being wiped down, tipped the guy who helped, and I was on my way.
For Full Synthetic on my Kia Soul, it ended up being $93.25. I used the coupon that Yelp linked me to, and I got $15 off, so I paid $78.25. It worked out since there was a good car wash thrown in.
It was a nice place that put a lot of effort into making sure their customers were happy. Good atmosphere with a friendly staff.
