If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased some scrubs for a friend who ultimately didn't need them. I asked for the return policy upon purchasing them and was told I could return them within 10 days with a receipt. 2 days later, I went to return them and was told I could not return them with pouty lips and a nasty attitude. I told Latisha my circumstance and the need for a refund as I no longer had a need for anything nurse related. As I was talking to Latisha about a refund, she answered a personal phone call. Having worked in customer service before, I felt this was very unprofessional. She returned to attend to me & continued to pout her lips and decline the option to provide a refund. I asked for a gift card exchange since I wasn't getting anywhere. Once the transaction was complete, I reminded Latisha how frustrating this situation was and asked for an email or phone number to get ahold of the manager, she declined. Save your time and money & go to a small business nursing store. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

They were able to accommodate me for a an exchange after I lost my receipt. Have visited three times and they’re often restocked and very friendly. Variety of selection for both men and women.

The woman here was absolutely inconsiderate. I told her the two colors I was supposed to get and she kept giving me opposite ones. I said excuse me to get her attention, only customer in the store btw, and she ignored me to fix her daughters hair. Bruh? I'm a customer trying to pay. When I tried to order scrubs through her she was on the phone yapping. When she finally got off the phone she started taking my order and proceeded to go on another call mid order. If you aren't willing to make a sale and do that basic normalities you're assigned to as a store owner than why bother opening your store? Btw while I was trying on the scrubs there were ants crawling over me. Your carpet needs to be cleaned throughly.

There is a great selection in uniforms and shoes for people in the medical field. They are pricey but excellent quality. Friendly staff.
