This review is definitely long overdue, but we wanted to be able to truly capture just how awesome Bryan is and was to me and my wife. He truly went above and beyond for us and because of him, we now have our dream home. He got our approval done very quickly and walked us through the end to end process. He walked us through the various options available and discussed interest rate options with me at length. He always made sure to check in on us while we were in escrow and knowing that we would be off getting married while escrow was set to close, he made sure that everything was in order before we left and would always send us updates no matter how small they were. We were able to travel to Mexico and get married without any worries because we knew Bryan would handle anything that came our way with such ease. Not only that, we felt so incredibly comfortable with him. Upon closing, he surprised us with such a thoughtful set up when we received our keys and even came to our housewarming party. Bryan will always hold a special place with us. Thanks to him, we have our home. A home where as a newly married couple we can grow together and have enough space for our future children. We are so grateful to have met him and to have had the privilege of working with him. Reach out to him. You will definitely NOT regret it.

As a Realtor with fiduciary duties to my buyers, I needed a loan originator that I can trust and I can honestly say Bryan did the best job I could of ask for.From the beginning he does a great informative introduction call to the buyers to introduce himself and help answer any questions.Once he receives all documents needed he works fast to get the approval started, once in escrow he pulls all strings available to him in order to save a loan from falling out of escrow. Per my last deal he made an appraisal take place in record breaking time and we were able to finalize a loan appraisal in less that a week in the midst of a pandemic.Also, He was able to reduce interest rates for my buyer in order to keep him approved for the loan, my buyers are still in shock at the low rate they were able to secure with Bryan.He has all the tools and knowledge to get the job done from A-Z. He’s a hard working professional to say the least.
